I bought a car last summer and we were in love with this car! Such good condition, until some idiot crashed into us and wrote it off few months later. They tried helping me find a replacement but I had found something else where. I was able to get most of the money from my warranty too.

Campbells has a vehicle which is a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander that would suit my needs but was unwilling to work with me on a price.
I was raised to buy locally in all purchases. I bought 2 vehicles from the previous owners and I would love the chance to buy from Campbells and continue the trend.
I looked around and found a vehicle that was 3 years newer and 6000$ cheaper but frame is not the same and does not fit our need like Campbells.
If someone could work with us it would be great. Kevin Campbell I would like to work with you.
Customer Service should be top priority and customers should be # 1.

Hello Kevin, apologies a 4 gold star was the intent review. Had both my kids get a vehicle from your company also we have advised many people we know to go see you guys.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a car 3 weeks ago. Love the car. Every detail of the service was terrible. It took 3 weeks to get my plates because the salesman (Ed Hachey) didn't bother to call and let me know there was an issue I had to clear up, I went in on a Saturday and told him I would be back Tuesday to buy and ended up waiting 30 mins for him to show up since he neglected to mention it was his day off (yet he had time for a Tim's coffee before coming in), the car was so hard on empty when I drove away that I was worried I wouldn't make it to the gas station (oh but he gave me a 30 dollar gas voucher to half fill the car with), the car was dirty when we showed up and was very quickly cleaned (spot cleaned, not waxed, just a poor job), he was rude multiple times as well as being completely unprofessional on the phone when I called after 3 weeks to ask about my plates, and to top it all off I have been trying to sort out payment with the bank for the last 2 weeks and still dont have it resolved because he messed up my account info and entered it wrong. All of this because he was in a rush and I was an easy sale. I have also been calling to try to get a hold of someone about this and no one answers the phone. Kevin Campbell, you should give me a call so we can talk.

I don't seem to be able to reply so this will do. I bought my car in early March 2019, so Peak had not yet taken over. Getting this reply 4 years after the purchase is almost worse than hearing nothing for 4 years. You are concerned with bad reviews but the way to not have bad reviews is to have better service. Buying that car should have been a good experience but your business fell short on a lot of points with this sale. For the most part it was the salesman, unfortunately the interaction with the sales employee is the impression and experience with the company that the customer gets.

Big shout out to Morley at Campbell's Auto - Went above and beyond for me and scored me a fantastic interest rate. The process was seamless from start to finish! I highly recommend these guys! So happy with my "new to me" car:)

This has been one the best experiences that I have had in purchasing a vehicle. The salesman Moe and Owner Kevin bent over backwards. From their frendly and speedy service to even purchasing summer tires for me because the car had on winter tires. They paid for them all. I recommend Campbell's auto to the highest degree.
