Nice store, not a huge store but has all basic products.
Need bigger store now as the city grows.

I was totally impressed with an employee's performance and customer service that went above and beyond. I took time to seek out a manager who agreed. However, he never asked why, but it seemed he not to have time to seek more information in order to discuss the employees' excellent performance. I wonder if the employee was ever told what an excellent employee he is?

Staff was great, they found what I needed. Even the manager offered to help, he was bilingual also! Rare do we see the managers! That was awsome!

A bright and clean store. Always exciting to browse their specials. I always look forward to visiting this store. The staff is very friendly.

It's a Canadian Tire it's just like every other Canadian Tire. I give it five stars because nobody bothered me while I was doing my shopping it was clean well stocked and easy to find what I was looking for.

Was looking for a pair of snow boots for my child, my husbands asked for help to look on the topshelf to see if a size was up there. No one came to help. Instead three young men were to busy hanging out and talking to climb a ladder to look for a pair of boots for us. Thanks!

Guys in the warehouse helped load a treadmill and dropped the main box and then dropped the control panel from the dock to the ground. Said it was nothing and boxes are made to be dropped.

By far one of the worst shopping experiences sense the pandemic has started.
Absolutely no hand sanitizer are any sanitization method available for customer use unless you request it at the customer service desk.
Employees were not properly following guidelines nor advising the 6ft between each customer.
There was no sanitization of there cash or pin pad before or after.
Staff seem to treat it like it was business as usual.
With companies reopening during this time the bare minimum should not be the maximum attempt.

When I company is allowed to reopen then cleaning standards should be implemented regularly especially during a global pandemic!
Morning group huddles are not enough as daily routines need to be altered to be cognitive about sanitization.
I was absolutely blown away to not hear any recording reminding customers that this is a conscious time frame, to shop responsibly and to keep social distancing.
I just felt very unsafe and uneasy with so much breach of protocol and disregard to their own safety and the safety and well-being of others around them. Both staff and customer base.
These community leaders not taking greater moral responsibility and just following protocol bare minimum if at all.
More needs to be done.it takes more than just a polite reminder at the beginning of your shift to stay ontrac with such developing new changes.
I hope that this highlights corrections can easily be implemented to positively affect the outcome of the shopping experience
This is not just a common cold or flu, so as a customer I expect the company and staff to reflect an appropriate reaction 4 a global pandemic.

Store don’t stock up on sales items. Most of the products on sale you can’t get a rain check. There is no sales floor associates to help you! Always, always one cashier only at customer service. When she is busy doing returns it takes forever to pay and get out. Should have a floating cashier who’s not always gone on break for backup. The good thing about this store is the items that are in stock are really well presented. The sales tags are out of date most times so you need to make sure the accuracy. Sale might of end two days ago but sale tag is still on shelf. I like how in general the store is clean and welcoming. Would be nice if there were more staff on board.

Poor service, staff has no knowledge of there products and almost have to beg for help with an item. Its sad to say but if you unfortunately cannot speak french you may not be quick to be helped or served with a friendly smile.

Not great service, and vehicle service staff got in my car without using paper mats and left grease footprints on my carpet mats

Had everything I was looking for and more but the staff didn't seem to have enough help for the shift. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I enjoy this place. Always a great place to find almost everything. Specious, lots of room to move around, always clean and clutter free. Well lit.

Wow great selection great staff. They have just expanded. The one negative dont use their service department phone to make an appointment it NEVER GETS ANSWERED and it not just me sayiing it. Good service department just no phone service. The have made a serious inveatment in the expansion of product also.

We've given a lot of business to this store, however- due to racist comments from staff - specifically a manager- about Indigenous Rights- we will not be supporting this store anymore and we will be sure to warn any POC not to shop here. Beyond disappointed and absolutely disgusted.

A usual Canadian Tire. Not the prettiest, flashiest or more appealing store but they have a lot of different products for a lot of different uses. The problem is they are so overcrowded that it gets hard to find what you're looking for. They also have a lot of items out of stock because they have only a single variation of the item.
