Piss poor customer service atmosphere.
Not friendly staff at all.
The guy in the garden center in the summer was very rude and front end cashiers are always NOT friendly

I can't believe that the people that work in that store are not helpful at all. I'm new in the province and was told it the friendly place to live. I'm not finding that. So sad!

I've shopped here a long time, since 2017. Always helpful when I ask. I can find where things are on the app.

I did have a problem way back with a guy at parts. Assumed I knew nothing, incuding the model of the car I drove. He fought with me about it so started ordering on amazon. He treated me like garbage and extended that treatment to my female friends. That went on for a while until my friend was talking about it and we realized that he was harassing females and we both reported it to a manager.

I think they investigated it because months later that guy was goners. I never had a problem after that guy. I still prefer to shop elsewhere instead of going to the auto parts counter.

If i could give zero stars i would!

NEVER felt so uncomfortable shopping at a store in my ENTIRE LIFE! Made me keep my backpack at customer service, followed me through the store while I shopped breathing down my neck, then had the audacity to make me empty my pockets when I want to cash out. I told them keep the merchandise, they dont deserve a cent from me.

Treated like a theif by a bunch of minimum wage peasants is not how I pictured this shopping experience to be!

I went into Canadian Tire today about 4: 00 to get some fishing tackle and when I went to pay for the stuff they put it in a bag and I gave her the money and they gave me my receipt and on the way out the beeper went off. Instead of checking my items for the sensor tag not being deactivated, they accused me of stealing and maybe take off my vest and empty my pockets and even take off my boots. Advise people not to shop their bad experience. Arrogant workers and arrogant manager

The nicest people work here, it's also a very dog friendly store, no need to leave it in the car, my dog Buddy seems to know them all, because they give him belly rubs and lots of friendly attention, as well as an occasional treat. I think the dog likes this Canadian Tire, in Woodstock NB, Almost as much as I do, maybe even more, because I never get a belly rub from the staff, maybe I should identify as a dog, that could change everything!

Drove 40 minutes to get a cabin filter for our SUV, gave us the wrong one, price of gas not impressed have to go back again

Just to refill my 3 water containers! Best water price in Woodstock.
Other products are not so great for the price, but they have a wide selection of items.
Again, my frequent visits are for water refill.

Honesty: Left a bag of bird seed in the bottom of our shopping cart. Called the store the next day and they said they had found it and sat it aside for us. Thank you!

Save yourself a good deal of aggravation and just go to Fredericton. This location is utterly useless.

Canadian tire, what can I say, you walk around and around to find what you are looking for and if you are lucky you may find someone to help you and hope they are pleasant about it as well.

Awesome store, fantastic employees who are all very helpful, I even met the manager who has a heart of gold, this is a store run by Canadians, it's a great place to shop, they even let me keep my dog in the store after he escaped from my truck, that I clearly left the windows too far open for ventilation, talk about a pet friendly store, you don't need to leave your pet outside, if it's well behaved, they welcome them, they even provided a few dog treats for him. Wonderful store ran by exceptionally wonderful staff. I'm from Ontario, but I love this province and its people, New Brunswick is Canada's best kept secret, it's 100% awesome here, thank you all for making me feel at home here, every single person I've met here in the past 2 months has been so kind and friendly, I'm very grateful to be here. Thank you, and Buddy thanks you too!

Since the new owner took over they have virtually no auto parts now that it is under new ownership

Every employee needs a reality check here. Every one of em is rude and I'd be willing to bet that in 18 months when they're laid off from the recession, they'll with they were a bit nicer

Called to say we were on our way.it was 4 min to closing and they said doors were already locked. Why close on a Saturday so early. And why answer the phone if your closed.

Typical maritime canadian tire store. Helpful staff. Has all the extras. Including service bays and gas station

Always someone there to help out. Wait times vary at checkout, understandable though. Clean aisles and good staff

Really so bad management even they dont know how to treat with customers in a good way. They sell the wrong products and when you go for the return they talk in a bad way even a manager as well. They selling the wrong product and blaming the customer that why did you bought this.

This store was pathetic, tried to ask me for my medical papers and wouldnt serve me because i refused to show my"pappers". I mean power tripping at its finest. They should be ashamed of them selves.

I bought a kerosene heater on my "credit card" as I wasn't sure that it would be what I needed. Took the heater home did some minor assembly and tried it. I did not like the smell of it burning and it gave me a headache. Took it back and because it was used they would not give me a refund to my credit card and gave me a Canadian Tire money card for $230.valid for one year. What happens if I don't spend it within the one year.well they keep my money. And I still owe my credit card for the purchase but the money is not available. I will certainly be looking elsewhere to purchase any larger priced items.

I don't shop here unless there is no other option. Staff is not knowledgeable about products and I have had issues with returns where product was defective

Had a tire blowout on the highway.
Changed tire right away.
Friendly professional service.
Guys in the garage seem to know their stuff
And did a through job.
With out trying to up sell.
All over pleasant experience.
