Canadian Tire

Came in with a few problems with my truck. Wheel bearing, tie rod, and lower ball joint. Didn't know what we were going to do being from not just out of town but out of province. Not to worry because the guys in the shop not just diagnosed the issues but got me up and running within a few hours. Thanks to everyone involved.

I had had very little good and friendly customer service before today, but Troy went above and beyond to make sure that I was very happy with the paint color for my deck project, after I had chosen wrong to begin with. I left grateful.

As a group a 3 and but Jessica was happy to make it abs apply for her Mastercard she was actually approved for so thanks Canadian tire Jessica appreciates you and just Jessica was having a woman day and little upset but deep down those joyous feels were there

Worst customer service from a Canadian Tire. Called ahead to purchase an item $2800, drive 40 minutes to be told they sold it 5 minutes earlier.

Would not hold item but held for someone else.

Highly would not recommend this store.

I will not be buying anything at Canadian Tire Miramichi again

Went there for a wheel rétorque after great service as usual in moncton. Stood at counter 1 ft away from tech keying on a computer. After two minutes of staring at him and no answer back I asked if there was something that would talk to me in the store. Mentioned he was busy finishing a work order. If I don’t say anything I don’t know how long I stay there being ignored. 2 min was enough. When he learned I simply needed my wheel retorked, he tells me to pull in the second bay and it will be done. I do. Everyone there is walking around. Nothing happens. I decided to leave.
I was very disappointed I bothered them. I love CT. Not the Miramichi one.

Manager puffed up his chest at me like he's some kind of 'macho man' or something. Honestly was quite funny to watch but not very professional. He also refused to replace watercraft's lifetime warranty items. Quite the place this Canadian Tire.

We had an issue with a tire on vacation, and they got us taken care of so we could continue our tour of eastern Canada.

Had a great experience on the auto service department. Always going the extra mile to help customers.

Great service, super friendly employees, already spent a ton here and I've only lived in Miramichi for a week
