Prices were marked wrong, felt like a hassle for them to adjust it on a 16 dollar mug.

Also the parts department is horrible when it comes to being at the actual parts desk.

Glad it's opened later though.

I am very glad we have a Canadian Tire in our small community. The people are always friendly and helpful. I get items for my business as well as personal items for my home there.l 5*

Absolutely ridiculous this store isn’t up until 9pm on a Friday. The joys of small town living.

We bought a pool. It went on sale 4 days later. We went back.they gave us the sale price which was pretty awesome

I moved here a year ago. This store has been great, very well stocked and helpful staff. Much improved from the CT in my hometown in Ontario!

Great staff that will assist you with what you need even at last minute. They try to go above and beyond to assist customer’s with what they have.

Bad experience this morning at the St. Stephen Canadian Tire. I saw a treadmill in the weekly flyer that is 2/3 off, reg $2699.99 on sale for 899.99, I checked online to make sure they had one in stock and they did, I got up early before work and drove to their store which is a 50 minute drive from my house one way. I went to customer service and told them which treadmill I wanted. I was told that this treadmill was being stored in a trailer and was buried behind a bunch of tires. They said they would take my name and number and call me when they had it dug out, which they thought would be sometime in the afternoon since they were too busy unloading a truck. I explained that I was not local and needed to go to work. They didn't care, and they were not about to dig it out for me. So I spent $30 in gas this morning to try and support their store which I guess they don't care about. I will never shop at this location again. Saint John and Fredericton Canadian Tire stores will gladly help me out and take my money

Love to see this! Canadian Tire letting us know they are here to help AFTER HOURS should any emergencies arise during the upcoming hurricane. Place an online order and email the general manager and he’ll meet you at the store with your needs.

Love coming here especially for the sales! Moved here last year and we left a lot of things and our lifestyle so we had to readjust to certain things. Customer service is awesome! Associates will walk with you and show you where items are, always smiling and always helping! Thank you guys!

Got free wipers with my oil change, I didn't need them for my Van so asked for wipers for my sons car, the man lòoked them up and even helped me with my phone to get them etc.

Good store with Friendly staff, In store stock is small in comparison to larger Canadian Tires.

Poor service, no faith what so ever in anything they tell you, get a second opinion before dishing any money out, even perfer not going to St. Stephen to have oil and filter change. This is my opinion!

Ordered a set of tires and the one who i asked in the service counter says it will come in a week, so i booked the appointment in the next 2 weeks. I came to the store for the appointment and they took my car in and they found out the tires didnt arrived yet. I asked them when it will come they say they are not sure when it will arrive i asked if they can call to find out they told me even if they call the answer will be the same. So i just refunded the amount because nobody knows if it will arrive next year or never. The refund took almost 1and a half hours to process. It was the worst experience i have with canadian tire. I wasted a lot of time money and effort. Winter is coming and i dont have winter tires because of them. Dont order anything from them because their products were not sure to arrive, better purchase the one which is already at store.

Always pleased with my visits! Very helpful and employees helped me find those few things I just couldn't see.

I did the online order. It was ready the next day, I did it late the night before. Staff was great and fast getting my order!

It's a great store but I don't go there often at all unless I need something & I am looking for something in peculiar.

I'm a huge fan of customer service, something I find to be slowly wasting away in today's society. Now I stopped in at this Canadian Tire 3 times during a visit to St. Stephen, NB recently, and what a solid experience. I was always asked if I need help finding something, and that's within a minute of entering. On one visit, the manager was closest to me and asked me if I needed assistance. I told him what I was looking for, and he asked one of his employees to assist me. She didn't just point out which isle to look in, she took me to the isle and pointed directly at the item, and was genuinely happy to do it. I know many people will read this and say well that's her job, but you'd have to be blind to believe that this is common customer service in this day and age. A very well managed store and well trained employees.

July 31st, i was looking for a a flat/semi gloss paint…a young lad went above and beyond trying to help me…. We couldn’t find one so i ended picking a gloss paint and headed up to the cashier to pay…. Out of nowhere the young lad came up to me with a semi gloss paint…i am sorry i didn’t get his name, i was in the store around 10am…. I received outstanding service!

I find this store to be quite crammed. I rarely find what I am looking for without asking for assistance. Sometimes I get a good colleague to assist me, other times, not so much.

This place has a great selection of tools. They have one of the best warranty systems around. Super easy to exchange if any problems within the warranty period. I personally always chose the maximum line of tools as they are tough and usually have unbeatable warranty periods

Yesterday morning, my wife and I went to the St. Stephen location to purchase something from the sale flyer. Due to a mix up from the distributor, the product which I was about to purchase had an incorrect SKU number on it alas, I could not get my product. (only one left). The two ladies working the front end helped me by issuing me a rain check, apologizing for the mix up which wasn't their fault and told me that perchance if they find the proper product, they would call me. Superior customer service in my opinion and of course, mere minutes later they found my product and had it waiting by the front exit when I came back. Your service was exemplary and I strongly recommend this location to all. Thank you ladies!

Pretty good selection overall, but the side by side tight lineup at the end didn't really match up with the social distancing guidelines seen throughout the rest of the store.

Store has a lot of things over and above tires. I was in today to have a wheel alignment and tire rotation done in their shop.

Automotive department was Excellent! Would have given a 5 star rating BUT no one was sanitizing the shopping carts! Come on guys!

Used the online pay and pick up and only received part of our order, when we returned to have it corrected the employee and manager wasted a half hour of my husband's time arguing with him that the store website photos are all wrong.

Great store but not what the stores in St John New Brunswick does selections not that big it's expensive if you wanted to bring your car in their brand name Motomaster tires are no good but they do offer I repair service if the tire goes flat it's expensive Decatur repair fixed air saches changing all the fluids in the car doing checks like your transmission check fluids check your church in system you fuel system that is all differently priced when you go in and look at it at the automotive department there's the list of services about what everything cause no matter what you want done your vehicle

Would prefer to go to Canadian Tire in St. John NB. Staff always friendly and willing to assist.

I've always been a fan of Canadian Tire and this one is no exception. Very nice layout of the store and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products the sell and carry. Excellent flyer deals on just about everything your looking for!

Charged me to check something but wouldn't fix it. Told me since I've had it looked at already before that he didnt charge me the full price. Since they got the money and didn't want to do the work they sent me to the dealership. The dealer said they would have only charged me half of what Canadian tire did.some discount he gave me. Never will I ever go back. Was not very easy to talk to or get the information I needed either.

Don't bother ordering online it NEVER saves you any time at this location they always act like it's the first time and no one knows what to do

Has good selection for a smaller store in a small town. As always good quality items and the Mastercraft brand is good quality for a good price with a good warranty.

Dear cantsee me. Unfortunately in life there are 2 sides to every story. The ladies in mention verbally slander a long term hardworking employee who provides excellent customer service and meets or exceeds all the customers needs. This employee was very upset at the wording of the review and its context.it knocked her down emotionally & mentally at a time of year that her spirit is very week and vulnerable. Her employer saw the effect that it made on her and stood behind her when she was being hurt unnecessarily. Canadian tire st. Stephen can take the bad reviews with the good as long as they do not slander the name of hardworking employees who go to work everyday with the mission of serving the public with a smile. I would recommend st. Stephen Canadian tire to anyone who enjoys personal customer service with a shot of humour and I commend the owner for standing behind his staff.
