Always great to find tools and things at reasonable price and staff is always very courteous and cooperative

Extremely rude staff, unwilling to help out with customers, would rather be joking with each other behind the parts counter while on their phones. Waited a good 4-5 minutes and gave up.

Want to say a huge thank you to Terri O'Connor, Zach and the gentleman who answered the phone earlier that day. My wife and I wanted to visit Saint John for the day but got a flat tire. Because it was after 5: 00, we really had no options and were so grateful that they were able to take us last minute to help us get a new tire so we could get back to Moncton. The team went above and beyond and we just want to acknowledge them for their great customer service and kindness. Thank you so much! We appreciate your extended hours and your flexibility to take us in on an emergency. Being open late gives us confidence that you'll be there for us when we need you.

I was broke down on side of Road in Rothesay last night around 730pm & called caa to get me going as I thought it was my battery called ctc in Rothesay & guy said no one there to install my battery so drove to ctc SJ & these 2 young men wer soooo helpful & said no problem they would be able to help, thank you fellas (operator 127&the guy in the shop, tall dark hair) & at 855pm I was on my way!

Purchased tires that were advertised clearance online for in store pick up. Was only store that had them available so decided to purchase them and do the 1.5 hr drive only to find out mid day that they could not fulfill my order. No compensation for my time wasted or gas money spend to get there. Worse customer service, they do not care about customer satisfaction. All the did was offer me another product that I could get back home for same price

Still no children seats with belts in their carts. Not a single one. Emailed Corprate a year ago. No changes. Avoid with younger kids

They do some good deals once in a while. Except for the prices the have all those items an household needs, very very big place.

Rude customer service. I asked one lady where the sleds were that were in the flyer, and she said everything they have is on the shelves - but not a single one from the flyer was there, and she refused to look, and walked away from me while doing so. I had to ask the lady at cash who brought a seperate person up to help me. Definitely will not be returning to this store, this is the second time this month the exact same thing happened to me at this store - the employees are too lazy to check for anything, and honestly don't care.

Worst service ever, just went there twice and never going back again. The employees doesn’t help the customers find things. I asked for sticky paper for the mouse trap and they just kept ignoring. In my last visit i had a flat tire i went to the auto service canadian tire to get a new tire for my car. Terrible customer service. Didn’t attend me for half n hour even i booked the appointment at 1pm I had to wait till 1: 30 because they were busy sparring with each other. When i told them my problem about my flat tire no positive response. Never going back again

Horrible management, very hateful, Will not work with you on scheduling at all! DO NOT WORK HERE. Never received my final paycheck after being fired for taking the bus to work. EDIT YES. For relying on the bus to get to work I was fired by Randy, a very hateful man who withheld my final paycheck.

EDIT. After working at another very similar store for almost two years I can say Canadian Tire is extremely unprofessional and unsafe, allowing anyone to operate power equipment that I've learned requires formal training that was never provided, causing a danger to customers and staff alike.

Service was ok, well just barely ok. I was looking for information about bicycles and there was absolutely no one on that current shift that could actually answer my questions or that even had a clue about it. I realize that its not really a bicycle store, but they have a huge amount if bikes for sale.so if you are going to sell bikes, why not have someone who has some idea about this.man it would go so far. Just another case of the lack of service these days.

This is the worst store I visited in Saint John. They don't do price match with their online site with store price. They don't take returns even when item was opened to see it. If it was opened, it will not be returned. The employees working at this store are super rude. They don't talk properly to the customers and I had this experience 3rd time, so I will now stop visiting this store.

Bought a bottle of diesel line cleaner and the bottle was damaged and leaked all over my clothes and brand new 2021 tacoma. When I called to see what they could do about the issue they said there was nothing they could do but send my clothes to the dry cleaners (which would not work) and Saff they would do nothing for the stuff all over my truck. I spend 1000's of dollars here per year. 2022 I guess home depot can have my money.

Three girls working at Canadian tire customer service on December 27th need a course in customer service! We travelled into Saint John an hour from our home with the purpose of returning a bowl that another on floor sales person sold to my husband, when he questioned her to make sure he was buying the correct Kitchen-Aid bowl for me for Christmas. She told him he had the right one because they were all the same. They are not! I was passed between 3 customer service representatives repeating they do not do returns today without caring that I had travelled an hour to return it. Add to that it was Canadian Tire’s fault that they sold my husband the wrong product. I asked why they couldn’t do it. Their answer was because it is the second busiest day of the year. I looked around. There was not one line up at the cashes that were open. The three “customer service” girls were doing nothing! I pointed that out to them. They didn’t care! “The sign at the door says we don’t do returns today! ” I asked why it was not on their web site as I checked that before coming all the way to town! I had a gift store in town for several years. We prided ourselves with our customer service. On the way out of the store my husband remarked, “Customer service is nonexistent now! ” No wonder we have started to shop more on Amazon. They lost me going into the store to take advantage of their After Christmas Sales. I will return the bowl next week. I will make sure they know I will not buy the right bowl, which they carry from them. I’ll order it from Amazon. Did I mention the right bowl is a $100 bowl.

Mainly went here to pick up fishing lures and rubber boots for next year's trout season. Seems to be my go to place.

Excellent automotive service, had an emergency issue and the got me in right away to have it fixed. Very friendly and polite staff.

Found the item we wanted on the isle listed on website so we were in and out fast. Clerks were friendly.

I love how the website tells you if an item is in stock and which isle it's in. Saves a lot of running around. Awesome!

This place is so big and so full of stuff it's the ultimate of its kind. Better than most of the other stores for sure!

You always have really good sales. You also have sales staff who literally flee when they see a customer coming. Every single time. When you finally catch one, they are always incredibly helpful and normal. Why do you train them to run from customers?

Overall, had a pretty decent stop at Canadian tire. Store was clean. The staff member in the outdoor sporting goods dept (wish I remembered his name) was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Would have ranked 5 stars if it weren't for the individual who was working cash. I understand, nobody likes working anymore since covid. But if you're that miserable; go find another cashier job.

Staff are friendly, place is clean and usually well organized. Usually have some good deals. Never had any autowork done so I cant comment on that, but they do offer it at this location.

Always find what I'm looking for esp when I look online an it tells me what isle to look in so no running around like a chicken with its head cut off

Dealing with auto parts desk was honestly the easiest thing I had to do today, they were knowledgeable and helpful, I was very pleased with the service and will be back again. Thank you

I went in for my SodaStream carbonate. I found it ok but I find the store to packed for my liking. I don't feel that there is enough space for distancing.

Amazing store to buy everything you need in your life. From clothes to fishing rods. You can even buy paint electronic appliances. I even rode cycle in side store they have amazing collection of cycles. I would suggest you rest properly before visiting store as store is so big as it can make you feel tired. Look for the discounted products they have in the store.

Worst customer service ever. Over heard staff very loudly talk about a customer! There was 3 staff members doing absolutely nothing but gossiping! 0 stars!

I'm just going to say that you can't go wrong with Canadian Tire. They always have the best quality products and services that you can count on. They always have flyers sent out to you in the mail. This is one of my favorite locations of Canadian Tire in Saint John and I always go back to this location over and over because of their staff being so helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of the store. Highly recommended for its uniqueness and location.

Who is that women with the grey long hair and glasses? Management should tell her to wash her mouth out wit soap. Such fowl language, will not being going back there ever.

I bought a set of new tire and installed in this location on mid Dec. When they finish the installation, they seem don't want to return the old tire tire to me. They just tell me they 'think' my old tire is not good (my car just passed the annual NB inspection on late Nov), so they just throw them in the garage, and when I want to pick up them, it seems like no one want to open the garage door for me. Very disappointed, never go back.

The changes to the store over the last 3 years has turned it into a store that's now my last option instead of my go to store.

Plenty of variety of similar products and always great deals.
I've bought two fireplaces and numerous appliances since Red Thursday!
Will be back soon to spend my $50 gift card I received today for spending over $200.

This is the absolute worst Canadian Tire in all of New Brunswick by far. I just had to drag my water dispenser to the cash as the employees walked by and watched me and than did the same after I purchased it. Of course I would not leave a 1 star review if this was the case only once but this has been about the level of customer service I have received on about 3 separate occasions within the past 2 months. Go across town if you need any type of customer service what so ever. Pathetic

When I had a problem with one of my four new snowtread tires their service stepped up and far exceeded my expectations which is greatly appreciated.

I searched for assistance, no one around. When I went to a different dept she called for someone to help me out and I waited 10 minutes, and still no one came to help. So I left

Found what I was looking for. Busy time so carried the heavy item to my own car which was parked fairly close. It is a good store.

Canadian tire has good products and at times very competitive prices. I have found the staff to be unprofessional in dealing with customers. I continue shop at CT but because of this I typically only go here if I'm desperate for an item.

Aisles were clean and properly labelled. Items I was looking for was in the proper aisle that was indicated on the app!

West side is a much better store. Was my original 3 star review because I didn't want one mechanic to ruin my review.
Stood in line for 25 mins to wait for an employee to open a cabinet for a ratchet I was returning under warranty. After the wait I was given the ratchet and waited in linto be told the ratchet was the wrong one and they didn't have the one I need and had to take it store to store to find one that matched. After I had mechanics lie to me about work that needs done absolutely the worst Canadian tire in NB

First went to the Rothesay store to buy potting soil. Checked online and they showed 8 bags but whe I got there the had none but they did check many places to see if they were stored in a different area but didn't find any. So I then checked the Saint John store and they showed 30. I go to the garden center and no one was around so I went into the store. The cashier told me I had to fo to customer service. I hope to customer service and they ask me for the product code.how am I to know that? Since I didn't have it she sent me back out to the garden center. I eventually found the guy, told him what I wanted and he said the are sold out. I did tell him that online shows 30. He just shrugged his shoulders.didn't fo double check.nothing. I wish that they would update their inventory online or don't show it at all.

Great helpful staff, but when you see clearance items online and available at store location they never have it on the shelf and they have to search for it. But the employees go way outta there way to find it for you!

Customer service is awful, which is what I've come to expect at all Canadian tire stores. The reason they are getting two start instead of none is that most of the time they have what I'm looking for.
