Cannabis NB

Tyler who works there has been rude to me the past two times. Its always super dead in there not busy and he can't seem to handle doing his job. And he's training new staff apparently. I hope his skills don't rub off on the girls he is training. I have had some good experiences there but every Tyler there makes buy cannabis uncomfortable process here. Extremely.

All the bud is super old even the stuff that says it was packaged 3-5 months ago is still aged over a year. Notice how they put the packaged date not the harvest date? It had to be sitting in a warehouse for over 1 year for it to have dark yellow tricolmes. It’s also super over priced. They lied and says 2/$82 was 7g bags but it’s 3.5g bags it’s insane they lie

Knowledgeable and friendly. Out of stock too often though, I don't think you'd see that if it were privately run. Just sayin.

My favourite CNB location. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The product selection is great and the staff make great recommendations and help answer any questions. Happy to have this place in my neighbourhood.

I usually have a good experience shopping at CNB. But my most recent visit had me running out of the shop in tears. I have PTSD I use cannbis to treat my symptoms. After purchasing a THC cartridge at the Brookside location and testing it to find it wasn’t working. I went right back in and showed it to the attendant that served me. They argued with me the whole time, I showed them it was not working they tested it and said it was fine and said it was my battery even though other cartridges work fine. They then told me they would not exchange the cartridge and if I wanted to use it they told me I have to buy a new battery. My battery is fine, i showed them it worked for other cartridges. They still refused to do anything other than sell me a new battery. I get they have protocol to follow but the customer service was horrible. And I feel robbed.
