Chandler

I ordered a pair of boots from Chandler 2weeks ago still no boots. I have called a few times they can't tell me if they will arrive in a day or a week or within the year.they take my number and say a different department will call witch they never do.
I went online this morning and can have the boots shipped to my house in 2 days threw another company.
