Used to be where the Crystal Palace was but unfortunately it closed down its to bad that that happened because it was such a nice amusement park and we miss it like everyone else does.

Walked in and the staff greeted me immediately. Very helpful and found what I was looking for.

Disappointed we couldn't find what we were looking for no prices on things and no one to ask.

Visited today to deal with a technical issue and the staff person, Katelyn I believe, was incredibly helpful and friendly!

Don't come here much since I use primarily electronic formats but during my visit yesterday, I found it difficult to find what I was looking for, couldn't find the computer on the floor to find anything and staff wasn't really present. Nothing was available in-store on the topic I was searching for. This was my second visit since the last time I tried to go around 7: 30pm, it was already closed.
It now closes around 7pm, even on Thursdays - which seems to be on par with other businesses in Dieppe not being open past 6-7pm, but I expected Chapters to at least be open till 9pm. Without Starbucks, there's not much going on here anymore.

Always Good Experience, Good Staff always willing to Help.
If they Do not have it, They Will look it up and find it else where and have it Ordered in.

Love it here, just call ahead for your favorite book. Went in and didn't carry it. To no fault of the store. Popular books fly off the shelves!

Nice looking store and lots and lots of books to choose from but the big problem is not enough staff on the floor to help with the book went up and March break for Nova Scotia and my daughter was trying to find some books she wanted and we could not find them what so ever which sucks for my daughter but she still was happy with the books she did leave with will come back again so fingers crossed there will be staff on the floor next time

Good place for readers staff really nice almost all the time i suggest it for all kind of book you want the only thing almost no french manga all in english at last i recommand

très bonne place pour le fan de livre n'importe quel style les employer sont souvent gentil seul problème presque pas de livre style manga en Français mais il les ont tout en anglais a par sa je recommande

They have a nice selection of books and the store is clean and well maintained, the employees are nice and respectful. The only thing that I see as an issue is that there's on seating, there's no area where you can sit down and read

There should be more here for such a stand alone store, no more coffee shop in-store as well. But great staff.

I love this place! So many different things to purchase. Their book selections and client services are superb.

Chapters is always good, good atmosphere and beautiful displays. It's one of my favorite shops to go and spend a while and come back home with a new gem to read.

The 2 staff members who assisted me in finding the item I was looking for were so cheerful and helpful! Really appreciated it!

I could always spend hours in there

It's a shame the Starbucks isn't inside anymore but it must have not been getting much business

Our favourite store. A great shop for browsing and we always end up buying something. Everything you could hope for — with the exception of a coffee stand, which has not reopened since the Starbucks closed during the pandemic.
