Some of the most hospitable staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at.
Hotel is clean, cozy and has a home away from home feeling.
Front desk is always there to help any of your needs and questions, the room attendant’s do a fantastic job and have great attention to detail.
Waking up to the hot breakfast is also great. The servers and quality of food are above average and always served with a smile, and a great way to start your day.
If you’re planning a stay in Saint John, the chateau is by far the best choice for having a feeling of being at home when on the road. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location and would highly recommend.

Bon hôtel, bien équipé, très bonne literie, calme, proche du centre ville. Petit déjeuner copieux à volonté.
