Never disappointed with what I've ordered. We had the Poutine Rapé and the Rapé. Both were very good.

My favorite restaurant in the whole world! Excellent service, tastes like childhood memories, just like my Grandmother's! Best tasting homemade food around, hearty servings, great prices and well worth waiting for all the home cooking they do for the days they are open! 5 Stars all the way around! A take out for Acadian cuisine. You have a little over window and small menu to choose from and ate to the right to pick up your food. First time trying Acadian food but a must try if you’re in this region to taste a little bit of history.

The poutine can be eaten sweet or salty. The lady will give you both sugar and salt to try it both ways. I actually prefer the brown sugar on it. It tastes as it looks, dough with a little bit of minced pork. It’s the stick to you bone and keep you full for hours.

The rapee was the same dough but had ham mixed into it and baked so you get a toasty crust that was a little salty and smoky. It was a massive portion and between the 2 of us, the rapee won.

A quick and affordable lunch to taste a bit of history. A win in my books.

Coming from out of town - to relive my childhood a little bit, and this place hit the spot! Great poutines rapées and the pets-de-soeur heated up for 15 seconds were perfect. Chiard was great addition too

They do not have inside dining since covid and are only open 3 days a week. However, the take out service is great and they have very good poutines, rapee and fricot. Wish they were open all week!
