DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE. PLEASE go to an experienced shop like pin studio.i had my lobes done here and had to get them redone THREE times due to problems.claires does not use a hollow needle to pierce.they use an EARRING.professionals all use hollow needles because if you do need to take out the small bit of flesh the earring will occupy, or the earring will be prone to problems.also, all the aftercare they tell you is WRONG.do NOT twist your piercings and do NOT use their cleaner.also, their piercing jewelry is garbage.go to spencers and buy surgical steel earrings or get them from pin studio or online.

I went to the mall as soon as I could after work and the website says that Claire's closes at 9pm. It would be nice if the hours could be updated on the website.
