Clinique Medicale Depannage

We have been going to this clinic for many years now and it is always a good service. The trick is to call non stop until they pickup. Once they answer we always get a quick appointment and never have to wait a long time in the waiting room. Really good service.

Called 100+ time. Going to voice message. Cannot go in person to book an appointment. Don’t understand how do they take patients?

For one of the only clinics to be open after hours in the area you'd think they would pick up the phone. Is the only other option to go take up space and time at the Hospital for non emergency stuff. Unacceptable. Have called over 50 times and get a busy signal every time. How are residents of Greater Moncton ok with this as an option. In Alberta had the choice of half a dozen or more after hours clinics who would take walk ins.

Unacceptable! Whenever you call to book an appointment, they say their line is busy even though their phone doesn't even ring when you call them!

I called to make an appointment and the receptionist acts like she is a doctor and diagnosing my symptoms and telling me to go to the ER even though this is a walk in matter and nothing like an emergency the way she thinks. I’m sure the doctor is good but the receptionist is ignorant. And I would advise the receptionist to hang up properly

The réceptionist and doctors are very friendly.
Although they are busy & phone line can be busy at times aswell

The office is inside the guadian pharmacy.
No walk-ins
