Went in for a few industrial repair parts, staff were extremely friendly, the store was so well organized and clean - managed to find everything I needed plus a gift for my fiance, absolutely recommend this shop if you work with animals or land!

I called to ask about bird heaters. The young girl that answered has Zero customer service training. Answered the phone rudely with Hello. I asked if it was the Co op. She said Yup. I asked about heaters. She said ya.
I want dealing with a young girl that really didn’t care to help me out.
I guess it’s hard to get good help now a days! I will order from Amazon instead. Your loss!

The only place around that had a straight replacement handle for a two side axe head, helpful staff, good experience there
