Sweet little spot in St. Martin's NB. I just ordered a soup for lunch and it was delicious. My friends enjoyed the fish and chips. Service was friendly and quick.

We made a quick stop here on our bus load of 50 folks and they did a great job feeding us. Cute little place and friendly folks. We had chicken tenders and the chowder. The seafood chowder was really good! Same with the chicken. Stop in and grab a bite if u are driving by!

Some really great burgers here which reminded me of a small town diner. Very friendly staff make you feel like you're at home. The large patio will accommodate pets if they are leashed and friendly which was the nicest part of stopping in here on a hot day with a dog. I'll be coming back again to try the hot turkey sandwich. Large parking lot also would make it easy to get in and out of with a truck and trailer if you have one.

If your looking for good home-cooked food this is where to go. Was craving chowder and theirs definately hit the right spot. Felt like a true locals hotspot and I appreciated.

We stopped here to enjoy breakfast before we took on a day of hiking, and I will say we are so glad we went. The food was absolutely delicious, we had friendly and helpful service and definitely a cute little spot with a variety of decor. Cozy and worth another visit in the future.

Lovely, homey family run restaurant. Inexpensive meals and plenty of fries.we attended during the Findy Bay Shanty Festival and they were calm and good natured even at the end of day. Take advantage of the patio.

Very nice, clean restaurant with very good food and friendly staff. Away from the main tourist areas which was very nice and a lot less busy.

Friendly, attentive staff, food is good, prices are reasonable. Place is nice and clean.
Sometimes, depending how busy they are, the noise level can be a little high.
Ceilings are low enough that shouldn't be an issue, so I'm not exactly sure how they could remedy that.
All in all, I would still not hesitate to go back as I have eaten there many, many times.

Fries were great but other items lacked flavour. Fish was soaked with grease no crunch to it. Young guy serving didn't have time for us (he wasn't that busy and was preoccupied trying to talk with another table)

Friendly people and food tastes just like it would at home. Nothing fancy but you’ll be happy. Lots of local laughter too.

I have eaten at here in the distant past and very much enjoyed it. It gives me know pleasure to report that I was disappointed with the service and the food.

Waitress was very rude and distracted. Tried to order a number of times she completely ignored me. No cutlery or condiments on the table. Never came back to ask if our order was ok. When I went to pay she tired to charge me for an order that wasn't mine and when I called her out on it she was very annoyed that I caught it. Will never be back and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

About a month ago I was in St. Martin and decided to have a meal at the Coastal Tides Restaurant and I was glad I did. I was very impressed with not only the service, but the food as well. I had the Fish and Chips, and the fish was like it was just caught it was that fresh and the batter was just perfect. It wasn't a heavy batter, it went perfectly with the fresh fish. The service that we had was excellent, the young lad that served us was very pleasant and had a great personality. I definitely would recommend stopping in here for a bite to eat if you are in the St. Martins area, you will not be disappointed.

Menu is traditional food.i had hamburger wife had hot chicken. Both served with fries that were the best on our trip. The waiter gave us an excellent service. If you plan to go to the caves great place to stop

The worst restaurant I have ever been to! Not only was the food mediocre but the customer service was atrocious,! I don't typically write reviews, but I want to prevent other people from making this mistake and going to this restaurant. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. When everybody else's food arrived at my table, I was told that there was no grilled chicken to put on my salad and I was asked if fried chicken would be okay. I told the waiter yes, that would be fine. After most of the meals had been eaten, I received my salad. I was quite surprised that there were bacon bits on my salad. I do not like bacon. So my friend let this waiter know that I was allergic to bacon. The waiter came out to show me the container of bacon bits and let me know that it wasn't real bacon. I told the waiter, Matt, that I did not want the bacon bits on my salad. So, after debating with me that they were NOT real bacon bits, he took my salad away. Now everybody at my table is finished with their dinner & waiting on me, my salad arrived. I ate my mediocre salad. (My daughter ordered the extremely dry hamburger). I went to the register to pay my bill. He was ringing up my order on the cash register and charged me an extra $6.50 because of my "first" order of salad. (He charged me for 1.5 salads). Not only was I given a salad that was not to my liking, but I was charged for it & the corrected salad (which still didn't have grilled chicken on it, but fried chicken). I asked him to take off the $6.50 off my receipt because I should not be charged for a salad I did not eat. Matt argued with me about the charge & why I should be charged the $6.50. Another employee attempted to get involved & said to just take off the charge. He argued with her and she said she would call the owners. Fortunately, he FINALLY took off the excess charge and I paid the bill and left.

Located in beautiful St. Martins. This little gem is the perfect t spot to grab a bite to eat or even just have a beer on their patio (a stones throw from the bay) the food.yummy! My go to is the bacon dbl cheese burger. The best! Recently they have started smoking brisket. Another one of my favourites. The staff are amazing and super friendly. Thank you coastal tides again for another amazing bacon dbl cheese burger tonight.

Really Good food, the only problem that "Coastal Tides" has is it's burger buns. Within a minute of eating a tidal burger or a bacon dbl cheese, the bottom bun becomes millimeters thin and completely saturated with sauce and some grease. This doesn't affect the taste (which is great) but it does cause some difficulty trying to not make a big mess. Better, Thicker buns for these big burgers would make for a cleaner more enjoyable experience. That being said, I was still very happy with how my burger was cooked and how it tasted. Please consider buying higher quality buns!

When we stopped here I wasn't expecting anything special and was I ever surprised at the wonderful quality of the food!
