Had a great first night but sweat to death the second night. Ac didn't work. Told staff. Was told they will send someone. Nobody showed up and Nobody answered the phone when we called.

Myself and my family stayed here for three nights for YQM. Everything was working, clean, and comfortable. I had asked for early check-in and they came through for us. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was ok. Normal for a hotel. Only complaint is they served sausage instead of bacon for two of the three mornings and only one of us got bacon on the first day as they ran out.

Do not book at this hotel. Booked a room for one night and they cancelled our reservation the night we were suppose to check in. Good thing we called an hour before we got there. Terrible customer service, they offered no resolution and no apology. Terrible customer service! I'm disgusted! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!

My crew and I are frequent guests at this hotel and I have never in my life been treated with so much respect and hospitality across the board. We work on the road and spend at-least 300 days a year in hotels and this specific location has by far the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. I look forward to every visit and feel at home! 10/5 stars! I have even received multiple noise complaints over a period of time and they have always dealt with the situation with up most respect. This is the location to be if you are looking for top quality hospitality. I love the entire staff and look forward to every stay. Words cannot emphasize how great the ENTIRE staff is here.

The sink and bathtub in the bathroom didnt drain, had to mess around with both in order to use, the mattress was super hard, the temperature outside was -24, the temperature inside was not much warmer as the heater was blowing chilly air into the room. I figured for the price you pay the least you could get is some warmth, never using this hotel again
