Was there for 20 minutes before someone even came to ask if we wanted a drink and take our order. Then proceed to wait almost an hour for the food (which was only two crepes.). When the Food arrived the server apologized for the lengthy wait and scurried away as fast as possible without asking if anything was needed.the server also failed to return to ask how food was (which wasnt good). In failing to return to ask he failed to provide an important part of service as it allows customers the chance to give feedback. Customers shouldn't have to wander around the restaurant to seek out servers who are clearly overhelemed and busier then they can handle
(because they aren't paying attention or coming around) just to inform them your food isnt edible. Was hungry and not willing to wait that long again so decided to go elsewhere. I left to wait by car while my fiance had to find the server to complain. The server once found at least handled it well by being understanding and apologized as my fiance explained we werent eating the food and were just going to leave. Now the owner is trying to say they are calling the cops because he didn't pay? They need to learn how to communicate and run a business as this is not the way to do so. Maybe if the owner actually took the time to talk to the staff first or check the cameras at all it'd be obvious that no one ran out without paying and that it was handled correctly. Then they would know the truth of the situation before making a fool of the establishment.

Also there is another bad review on here in which the owner replied with saying that they would have remade it or given it free if they'd expressed their dissapointment. So Clearly the servers have been told to offer to remake it or give it free if there is issues, which is how most resturants operate.but when your server actually does that you try to make a huge issue out of it? Doesn't make sense at alllll

Reply added upon being threatened by owner.

Crépe enthusiasts - Don't! We ordered two crepes which were inedible.comical.

To the owner's Reply:

Yes I did notify your staff, and no it was not a surprise. Your 'service' took over an hour, and after receiving your cook's food: horrible presentation, care, and ingredients; I waiting outside the kitchen, which I then let your staff know of what happened, and that we were going to leave. They said "okay sorry, bye" and they then processed back to the kitchen with a knowing expression, due to the fact this isn't your first food complaint (I read). I thought you'd be more concerned over the quality of your food/establishment rather than harassing me with threats. I would of happily had that conversation with your staff, but they accepted the fact it was understandable immediately, and had no problem with us announcing our distaste and departure. "okay sorry, bye" - your staff

Or you could call. But we both know the facts.

I really really wanted to love this place, but I was disappointed. I’m not sure what kind of crepes these are supposed to be? I lived in Toronto and Montreal and frequented creperies. I have been to France multiple times and had my share of both savoury and sweet crepes. I have never encountered a crepe quite like this? It didn’t even smell like a creperie, so I’m assuming they do not make them fresh?

Besides that, the crepe had very little fillings. I think mine had two pieces of spinach, a piece of tomato, and a quarter stalk of asparagus all for $17? I like to support local restaurants, but I felt cheated here.

Love the food and it is well priced. Atmosphere is great and service is always friendly. Consistent experience. This is my go-to restaurant in the area for breakfast or lunch.

I have had lunch here 3 times prior to Covid and it was very good. I have to say the spiced beef crepe was mostly salad greens with a little meat and cheese and it was cold, the little bit of Mozza hadn't melted at all.
I will not be returning.

Was there on a Saturday at lunch time. Service was great. Food was awesome. My husband and i had two savoury crepes and two sweet. Good portions size, crepes were delicate with perfect amount of flavour. Well presented. Soup was pretty tasty too. Well priced.

Went there for a Saturday's lunch. Nice place from outside. Once inside we were not impressed. The place wasn't crowded at all. The ordered plain crepes took half an hour and got cold to the table. Absolut dissapointment unfortunately.

What a charming little place. The colors of the different areas make you smile, then as your being seated you see some amazing talented artists products available for sale. You can not help but stop and stare at a few things and even buy. Then your seated and your food comes out and the flavors are so refreshing. A very favorite of ours that we dont have to travel a great distance to finally eat delicious food.

Charming restaurant in an old house with cozy decor & plenty of parking. Our server Jenny was very friendly and attentive. Ordered a simple breakfast sandwich, which turned out to be something special thanks to fresh local ingredients perfectly prepared.

Would give six stars if we could!

Wonderful food. Friendly staff. Quaint location. What a variety of sweet and savoury options all made in house!

Unfortunately our meal was a bit disappointing. Staff was very friendly and quick, the Cafe is very cute with ecclectic artwork. The food was almost too sweet to eat, even though it was a savory crepe and soup. Perhaps another selection would have been better - seems like many others enjoy this place.

Such a cute little spot! This place is definitely a hidden gem and great for brunch! I got the seasonal fruit crepe and it was delicious!
