Considerate Property Management

Very unresponsive property management company.i sent multiple emails over the winter regarding snow removal and was never once responded to.i have reached out to them on multiple occasions regarding other things (i.e. Confirming move out date & walk through), and they consistently do not reply.also.i am not sure they actually manage property? The grass outside of our apartment building is so long! Shared spaces in our building (i.e, corridor between apartments) has never once been cleaned.

They don't maintain their properties. This is what they consider to be adequate snow removal. Two tenants are expected to fit into that space.
They do not make repairs and tenants must constantly contact Residential Tenancies in order to have even the smallest things done.
Avoid these people if at all possible.

Oh my god. I just drove stopped by the place these people manage for my brother, who lives out of province, an can't believe what I found. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
He's paid them so much money for renovations that they didn't do. Lawsuit baby.

Worst company ever, reply phone and emails once in a blue moon. Avoid them at all cost.

When doing an initial tour of the property, we were not made aware of multiple issues, including an extensive leak in the bathroom (that was covered up at the time). On the move-in date, we were made aware of these issues and were promised that arrangements had already been made (for the coming week) to replace the roof and fix the water damage in the bathroom, as well as fixing a broken window and various other issues. Considerate lied about every single one of these arrangements, as 3 months later the roof has not been replaced, the bathroom is still in shambles, the window is still broken, and the place as a whole is disgusting. The bathroom is still leaking and is riddled with mold, which again they covered up before we moved in. They sent in their contractor to "fix" the bathroom, and he literally just slapped plaster on top of the mold and rot.
