Going to start writing reviews according to the way these companies treat ‘potential’ customers. If I request a quote from a company, and they show up and discuss the project, then I would expect to receive a quote in a timely manner. Obviously, if you can’t do the job, or if it is beyond your scope or abilities, you should immediately convey that information. Instead of walking away, promising a quote and not providing it. Zero respect for any company that does this.

Lost a days pay. No plow for 36 hrs. Garbage hasn't been picked up in months. I live beside this horribly maintained building. One star is far too generous

Dave is hired by my landlord to take care of all maintenance needs for the house I rent. Him and his team are always quick to address most concerns, and always do a good job. The repairmen they send are friendly and professional.

One month ago I was in a desperate situation where I could not park my car in the garage because of the extremely icy driveway. I tried for 30 minutes but could not drive in the long driveway as I kept sliding to the side. Core Property Care came to the immediate rescue even though they were extremely busy and did a fantastic job with the sand and gravel which lasted up till now! Truly Grateful! God Bless you all!
