We love dealing with Mitch and Cathy. They always look right after us so our vehicles are not out of commission longer than they need to be. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle

Pire service à la clientèle jamais eu! Peu pas avoir de réponse pour une date de rendez pour réparation. Incapable de trouver le véhicule a réparer dans leur propre cour. Au bout de 3 longues semaines d'attente sans véhicule, on ce faire dire qu'il faut changer le moteur qui vas couter 15000$. Mais en fin de conte, il suffisait seulement de changer le starter. Je ne conseille ce concessionnaire à personne.

Aug 2023 driving to Montreal my vehicle developed a problem that I wanted to have fixed before resuming the road trip. This dealer was the forth garage (in Woodstock) I went in to ask if they can put it on the lift because no one else wanted to make time for me on a Thursday afternoon. Cory Ford is a clean and comfortable environment with friendly people that care. The service manager said he cud not confirm an appointment right away due to other appointments arriving. That gave me hope and I waited. Eventually the car got on the lift and after a short discussion with a smart young mechanic we chose a solution. A part was ordered from Napa and it was an easy fix. So not only they took me in like a lost puppy but the labor charge was only 1/2 hour. How is that for honesty and top service? (BTW I was not the only non-Ford car in the garage)

Unbelievable 1 minute long interaction with Dave Wilson. Called about purchasing a 2-door Ford Bronco and he told me he wouldn't sell it to me because I had a 416 "Montreal" phone number.

Dave informed me that ford won't sell to Montreal and proudly stated he "knows his phone numbers".

I informed him I live in Halifax, but he didn't believe me and hung up. Didn't even get a chance to break it to him that 416 is a Toronto area code, not Montreal.

I have no complaints at all about Corey ford in woodstock nb. There staff is beyond respectful, responsible, kind, caring, helpful in every way. These guys and girls go completely out of there way and helps anyone who walks through the doors, calls ect. I'm very please and would go through Corey ford in woodstock nb anytime.
