Costco Wholesale

The pharmacy is great, wish they were closer to me, but oh well. Can't beat their prices.
Only thing is sometimes they move an item in general food that I purchase every time I'm there. And walking all through the area to find it, isn't fun when you're in pain.

Great store VERY helpful staff thanks " Kelly" saved me alot of walking and I found what I was there for plus more.

This place can get a bit on the crazy side with the amount of ppl inside. We had a pretty quick easy trip in to renew out membership which was a smooth process! Thanks to the staff! Did a "quick" shopping spree then had to flee as there was this horrible beeping/singing noise that wouldnt stop and gave me a headache.

Always great service, we almost need 2 Costco's
It can get congested and over whelming at times because it's so busy.
But, love this place

We went in looking for rolls for our wedding. Got a couple other things as well. If you love bulk buying this is the place to go

Just left Costco Saint John, went in to simply pick something up for a business account that purchases here with authorization from both company owners as well as I am an employee for this business wearing my uniform. Was turned away due to the fact that I am not on the account. I figured fine that's okay (still annoyed). Can you set the small item aside for one of our authorized drivers to come pick up in just over 12 hours from now? No we dont hold anything.like really you cant take the slim piece if card board and set it at the front service desk for a little over 12 hrs.great customer service. NOTT! I was going to buy my own membership while there but instead walked out with nothing.check my other reviews I always give honest reviews.

Don't be fooled by the gimmicks or deals, this is not the place to buy your tires. They are increasing there costs all the time and they do not honor warranties. Go to Canadian tire instead they will actually care about you after the initial sale. Costco just wants your money not your satisfaction.

Excellent employees and their variety, amazing. I call it not Costco but the $150.00 to $300.00 dollar store every time we visit.

The best prices. If you haven't checked it out yet, team up with a current member as their guest and see for yourself. A bliss for big families. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Typical Costco except for one thing - the staff were friendly and chatty with the customers. It was a nice change from some of the more dour attitude at some other locations.

Was able to locate all the stuff I was looking for and the line up at the cash was very quick. Overall good experience. Our cashier Madelyn was great! Super nice.

Disappointed that we havent seen the sante fey salad this summer. The corn and black bean one that was there last year with the ready made meals. Its always just the same boring caesar, pasta and quinoa.

One stop shop for most things, and the best prices around! Fairly cheap to fill your cupboards, and they always have the best samples to offer

What's not to love. Clean, bright, great return policy and great employees. It is the only place from which my husband was willing to buy pealmeal bacon.

Boring and gay, but I must thank the workers for feeding me all of the samples when I had them at gun point

Great deals and an excellent rotation of products, although it's disappointing when a product suddenly disappears. Best pharmacy in the city and wonderful customer service.

Good deals and friendly staff. U have been an executive member here and I find that with the cash back each year the membership pays for itself.

This experience today was somewhat frustrating as we were told by a cashier that she didn't believe that we were EXECUTIVE MEMBERS and at first said that even if we showed her our Executive Cards they could be erxpired as we needed the executive coupons sent to us. She finally did give us the Executive discount. Thus the 4 out of 5 Star rating. Hopefully Costco will soon update their computers so that if someone shows up to date membership status.

Awesome went a bit latter and there was not many people in the store lots of parking so that's nice. The cashiers and the guy loaded the stuff from the cart onto the scanning table then loaded and packed my cart very organized it's like they took a cart packing course lol overall great experience and nice people all arround the store!

In Saint John nb is ok. I feel like a we are a herd of animals going thur the cash and at the canteen! No customer service at all! Don't feel like I'm a valued customer with my membership!

Should not have to pay to spend money. Costco is probably the worst company for not caring about its customers.
