Costco Wholesale

Can't take a bus there, can't walk there, 20-30 minute walk from the main road with no cover. 1980s design in a 2023 world.

Like typical Costco:
- Always crowded
- Rude People with carts bumping into you
- Incompetent people with carts going down wrong side of aisles.
- Gas station lineups forever

Had a really positive experience tonight with Mark from the customer service desk. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable and positive!

Horrible company to deal with when you get a defective fridge definitely don't buy any household products from this location

Costco is incredible! I stocked up on all my kids' lunch snacks and got 2-3 times more for the same price compared to regular grocery stores. Plus, the food samplers throughout the store are a delightful treat. Every visit is well worth even the long lines. Five stars all the way!

Great place to find deals and bulk buying for sure. Avoid going on Sundays and possibly Saturdays.

Went there for a prescription at the pharmacy, got bullied by an employee even before being able to get in.

If you don't want us to use some door put a sign or don't let them wide open. Nope they put the rudest employee there to yell at people, that will make you feel like the dumbest person in the region for using an open door.

I am a caregiver, my client has me around 5h per week, and thanks for Costco, I spend 20% of that time to grab a set of medication.

How about a dedicated entrance/line for the pharmacy? I don't need a cart I don't need to show a member card. It will reduce the main lineup and it won't an hour to grab a pre ordered and pre paid bag of medication. It's basic logic.

But of course they don't care, I really wish I can avoid that place.

It's the moment I hate the most in my week, going and getting a big dose of toxicity and attitude at the Costco.

My membership number is 111952790933. My review is based on comparisons with other Costco outlets and similar vendors. A large store. When compared to my experience with Toronto and other Costco outlets this store is very expensive. Most of the things sold here are found cheaper in other retail stores like Giant Tiger, Walmart, or Canadian Tire and Wholesale Club. There are certain things that are cheaper but should anyone buy the membership just because of two three item? The vegetable and fruit.price is very high compared to Walmart, Giant Tiger or any President Choice chain. However this store is a suppr busy location. Very long lings to stay for the payments. The staff is very busy and stressed. Some time they bill you totally different items that you never bought or leave behind something you bought. However, they would repay the amount in to your credit card if you could recognize this and complain the customer care. But this would not be possible if you could not read the bill and tally it with what you bought before you leave the shop. This is not an issue with the Costco but an issue with the busy cashiers here. Please read your bills before you leave the shop.
To end I must say that you can make your stomach full for a great price after a long shopping session at the food corner. It is good.

There is just so much on offer at Costco. It is so easy to come out with more than you went in for. Great prices, great staff and great store.

Yesterday I went to Costco for installing my tires, I booked them 3 weeks ago. The guy who is working there checked my car and tell me the tires are good, I don’t need to change them now, And he canceled my order, returned all the money I paid very quickly. Canadian are so kind. I love here

The quality and pricing are top-notch, no question. Cheaper gas is a great bonus. My only complaint is there there are too many people crammed in there at a time. It makes it difficult to enjoy shopping when people take up the entire aisle chatting. Or when people are stationed in front of what you want to look at and aren't moving. I would love to take the time to enjoy the food court, but it's always packed and chaotic there. I would probably spend more there if I didn't feel so claustrophobic and wanting to get out of there asap.

Absolutely and completely disappointed in the service from Costco today we have bought 2 dryers from there and both heating elements and both have failed and they are refusing to replace it because they made an exception I've been a member since 2004 and I'm turning in my card today absolutely disgustis absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated today

Who doesn’t LOVE Costco - it’s the best for bulk shopping items, Books, electronics, clothing at reasonable prices - love it - staff are awesome always a fantastic experience

Even with the long weekend and line was wrapped around the building! Line never stopped moving and was shockingly fast! Live the new self cheque out, I think it helps with the line build up!

Great selection and competitive pricing on many items. Highly recommended to those who do not flyer price or purchase on sale from multiple stores.
Only downside I found was the larger items have to be wheeler out front instead of having a loading dock area or actually staff assistance to safely get the item to your vehicle.
Wish they had a location in Riverview with the new bridge now redone!

Lots of camping stuff in this store.
But unfortunately, not happy that they Don't have a photo center and No cartridges refill in this branch.

I’m not happy with the cashier assistant yesterday (4 Sept 2021)
She seems not happy or should I say she was bored with what she’s been doing. She’s just throwing our groceries into the cart…? I checked the bananas and there’s bruises after she slammed it hard into the cart. The avocados, the packaged meat are almost out of the clear plastic bags
Hopefully next time no more unhappy workers like her.

A larger wholesale grocery store. Very crowded today, Saturday, perhaps because of the long weekend and the school will start soon.

Absolutely worth the subscription for the gas price olone. Warehouse has a great selection of products and prices too. The place is usually packed with people, but lines move at a fair pace.

Faut presque être riche pour aller la faut faire attention quoi tâchete la pas nécessairement tout qui vaut la peine quand ta travailler 16 ans dans un épicerie tu connais les prix mes beaucoup de chose sont moins cher ça dure longtemps aussi

Normally I'd give a 5 star rating but I uave had horrible customer service in the optical department and even hung up on which has me giving them the 3 stars if I was basing my experience off only the optical department I would have given a 1 star

This place is usually busy. In the time of COVID-19 they have tried to do their best for the people. Everything is sanitized and there’s enough staff to help people. Gas station ️ is busy but have reasonable prices in comparison to other gas stations.

I would also love signs noting covid-19 rules as a cashiers are very tired of having to enforce them on their own.

Pour La COVID-19, il y a beaucouo moins de sécurité qu'il y en avait et ils y avaient beaucouo de gens. La distanciation n'est pas respected et iks n'y a moins d'employés comme avant pour nous guider. Ils disent qu'on est plus préparer maintenant pour la Covid mais ils y a tellement moins de consigne qu'au début. Je crois que je ne vais pas y retourner pour un bon bout. C'est la même chose pour les autres magasins d'épicerie. Pas de ou presque pas de respect pour les consignes de santé Canada.

Just moved to the area and this was my first time at this location. They were good with following safety protocols and making sure there wasn't too many people in the store at once.

Costco is a great place to buy computers and cellphones. The prices are equal or lower, the optional warranty is better and the return policy is way better.

Despite the large amount of people in the store, it was organized and spread out. We had tire installation and did groceries at the same time. The car was ready when we got through the checkout. Very happy with the service

Tire center service is slow. Staffed with one person while a line up or dozens of customers and have not moved in 15 min.

Not the fault of Costco, but people seem to lose their minds in there. Almost got run over outside by a car, and inside people would push us around.

I love Costco it’s always good sadly too much money is usually spent. The door staff and the cashiers are great but the return section is never a good experience. I’ve had 3 returns in the past few months. Two items had never been used and one item was defective. I always feel like I’m some sort of criminal when I take anything back. It’s really unpleasant.

Would be nice when I do go that the store shopping if it would have what we need as this is a regular item but every time I go! There isn't any Kirkland toilet tissue since we do pay to be members this is unacceptable in my eyes I feel ripped off and for this I rate it a 1

I just went to the new Costco in Moncton, and I was really impressed. It's HUGE! It also has a 24 pump gas bar, which, I'm told, does a pretty brisk business. As always, the employees are cheerful and friendly, and always willing to help.

The new Costco location is wonderful! Parking is easy, so many staff members, and the three times I’ve been have been great experiences. If you haven’t been here before, don’t be in a rush. It’s worth walking through to see what you could be missing.
