Costco Wholesale

I live near Montreal. The checkout lines are a nightmare around here.
The lines at the cash registers at this store are a breeze.
I always make it a point to go when I'm in Fredericton.

Really decent Costco, stills very busy location even compared to the Ontario Costco's that I'm use to. All the staff were polite and pleasant. Found everything I needed for a large catering job we will we some necessities that I rely on from my normal Costco.

Went there yesterday around 2: 30 and one of the male employees pushing carts screamed at myself and several other women for being in his way, at the very entrance of the store. When I moved over I was pushed up against someone else’s cart and couldn’t go further, and he continued to yell at me to hurry up and move. It was very aggressive and obviously unprofessional but there’s basically no way to complain to the store unless I go back, so lookout….

Went in for one specific thing and came out with 30, lol. Well stocked, clean, super friendly staff. Shop early and avoid getting stuck behind the endless nomads that are just wandering the store looking for free food at the sampler stations. Best shopping times for a quiet experience are Monday and Tuesday evenings after 7pm.

This is a very busy Costco it was well stocked and have everything we wanted plus the check of people were very efficient. There were long waits but we did not wait very long to get check through. The parking lot was nearly full.

Today our Costco MC got locked out and Jonathan (Supervisor) assisted us. He was Mr. Patience with a smile. He waited while we contacted the bank and got the card unlocked. What a breath of fresh air. Thank you Jonathan you made our day. You are one great role model. Bless you!

Line ups were backed up and only a few cashiers open. Some customers went up to the other end of the 1st aisle and bumped ahead of people waiting in the legit line. No one was watching so it got bottle necked.and people were getting really angry.

Costco gas bar then went into the store to shop. Did some taste testing. The store was buzzing but was in and out in no time.love those self checkouts!

One of the staff was very rude. I'll update when I get her name. (edit) her name tag was covered. But I bet her name was Karen.

The usual experience. Still disapointed to see items come and go. Hard to get into a routine of buying the same things all the time. They are dealing well with the pandemic, with most people wearing masks and hand sanitizer available at multiple locations throughout the store. Still some tastings going on which is great!

Everyone here is doing amazing work to keep the store running smoothly during these uncertain times. Keep up the great work!

Went to Costco on April 21. Very efficient access to the store during this time concerning Covid-19. All employees were very professional. The store was well stocked. I was able to do my shopping in a very short time. Thank you to the staff of Costco for all you are doing to keep us safe during this time.

Service was amazing.staff were super courteous.a lady gave me 1 of her pkgs of tp from her cart because the store had run out again.compassion is among us

Talk to George in electronics. He is the black market dealer for toilet paper at this location. P. S bring cash in a ziploc bag.

Always awesome! Cheapest gas in NB to begin with, then food and clothing have quality: price ratio is always good. Great variety of fruits and veggies at affordable prices. Somewhat limited options for cereals compared to ON and BC Costco warehouses.

Great place to shop. Typical Costco with loads to buy. If your like me not liking crowds then be there for morning opening time midweek. One of the few places that sell and fill propane tanks and at a much cheaper price then others.

It's great place to shop but I don't like the pushing of upselling credit cards or bigger plans. If someone says no stop at no. Don't keep going cause people don't want to hear it.

Love Costco and would have gave a 5 but this Fredericton location is lacking compared to the other locations I’ve been to by comparing their inventory and their customer service. A particular cashier by the name Ginette was very rude and unwilling to cooperate. She spoke french thinking I couldn’t understand her to her supervisor and let’s just say she was not being so nice. I would think that they would train their workers better since it is their job but it is also just basic respect to know that talking bad behind a customer’s back is one the worst traits. Furthermore, this was not only a one time thing. My fellow Costco member and I have discussed this and it turns out this is a constant thing with this specific employee. Please hire better people Costco. I’m very disappointed with my experience here.

This is great if you have a family or setting up the camp/cottage. But the stock changes all the time. Something there this week may not be there next week.

Costco is the bee's knees. My misses used to think she didn't like Costco. That was until I brought her there. They have the best return policy. The staff are always happy and in a good mood and super helpful. That's what happens when you treat your employees well. Great culture all around. Love Costco!

I like COSTCO there usually are good buys. I really like the tire service there, along with cash back? The inclusion of Wi-Fi would improve the shopping experience.

Long line ups for gas but have seen worse. Very busy location so went much quicker than could have been.totally expected for location and time of year

A better experience than many of their other busier locations. Line-ups are 7 or 8 deep before they open extra tills. About half of the sample stands have product at any given time. Very friendly and helpful staff.
