De retour de vacances aux Îles-de-la-Madeleine nous avions perdu notre bouchon pour l’eau froide, donc impossible de brancher l’eau dans les prochains campings. Nous sommes donc arrêtés par hasard à ce point de service le plus près, après les heures de fermeture du service, et seul le secteur des ventes était encore ouvert. Un accueil mémorable de Dwight et John qui ont prit soin de notre famille, café, biscuit, discussions pendant que John tentait dans le noir de trouver un bouchon pour notre roulotte dans la section service, Dwight pour répondre à nos question est allé chercher un kart de golf pour nous faire visiter des roulottes sachant que nous n’étions pas là pour acheter et que nous discutions pour une éventuelle roulotte plus grosse mais que nous ne restons pas dans ce secteur. Le choix est magistral et les prix très compétitifs. Ils nous ont trouvé un bouchon et ils n’ont pas voulu qu’on le paie. Il est certain que lorsque nous changerons notre roulotte nous prendrons le temps de leur demander une soumission et sachez qu’ils livrent au Québec. Wow, merci de la famille Bouchard à Dwight et John.

Back from vacation in the Magdalen Islands we had lost our plug for cold water, so it was impossible to connect the water in the next campsites. So we stopped by chance at this nearest service point after closing hours, and only sales section were still open. A memorable welcome from Dwight and John who took care of our family, coffee, cookies, discussions with Dwight while John tried in the dark to find a plug for our trailer in the service section. Dwight to answer our questions went to get a kart golf to show us trailers knowing that we were not there to buy and that we were discussing for a possible larger trailer but that we are not live in this sector. The choice is great and the prices very competitive. They found us a plug and they didn't want us to pay for it. It is certain that when we change our trailer we will take the time to ask them for a quote and know that they deliver in Quebec. Wow, thank you from the Bouchard family to Dwight and John.

Driving by on the highway and noticed they had a propane filling station. Wheeled in and a young lad came right out and filled my onboard tank in my motorhome. I mentioned I couldn't remove my hubcaps as the last mechanic cranked them on tight. He said no problem pull up in front of the shop. He quickly loosed them for me and torqued back on so I could adjust my tire pressures when I got to the Campground. Asked how much and he said no charge just glad I could help. Talk about good old-fashioned service.

When I went in to pay for my propane I was greeted with one of the nicest and we'll stocked parts and accessories departments. I ended up buying several items while I was in there.
