Wow! What a joke.

Called literally over a hundred times trying to get some help for a persistent ear infection. Zero help from the clinic.

This place needs to be acquired by some competent management and totally restructured.

I have no idea what the access code is. I've been phoneing in to make an appointment and I need the code and no matter what I try. It's wrong I need too switch doctor's apparently.

First visit. Breathing trouble. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed. He changed the way I was taking the puffers and proscribed an additional oral medication. He nailed it.

Went in for a medical was told I have high blood pressure and to come back if it continues. Called to book a appointment and was told they won't prescribe me anything or see me if my blood pressures is high and I should go to hospital. So doctor and receptionists are saying two different things.

I can’t rate the doctors as I’ve never passed the receptionist screening. This is my third time calling to get an appointment for my toddler over the course of a year, and each time, I was refused care.

I can certainly say that the receptionist I spoke with was unprofessional, rude, and apathetic.

I’m appalled that this is acceptable health care in New Brunswick.

The receptionist I dealt with (Sue) was so friendly and helpful, she even went out of her way to call me back two days later to ensure everything went well with my bloodwork appointment! Dr. Corscadden who I was put through to was very efficient over the phone. Great experience overall.

I definitely recommend texting for an appointment and they will call you with a time.

They don't answer the phones. I started calling at 5pm and it was busy and I never got thru. Their website says they open at 6pm. On what Universe. Lol

TERRIBLE SYSTEM! I work in the medical field and the system this clinic has DOES NOT WORK! They should have phone que i have been calling since 10: 58am and have called a total of 250 times and its always busy! I understand that there are 100's of people calling but and in need of medical attention but this is unreal! This hanging up and calling back is not efficient! DO BETTER! The manager of this clinic should be FIRED!

Impossible to even book an appointment. Two days and over 500 calls the minute the lines open at 5pm. Can't make an appointment in person, what's the point?

The Saint John medical clinics have overall poor service, and sadly this one is no exception. Every attempt to get an appointment yields "We don't look after that here, you have to go to the hospital" for near every non-urgent inquiry I have ever placed (I have made similar complaints in the past for other clinics within the city).

This would be less frustrating if I have not witnessed other people who had similar concerns/issues, and were admitted without a problem (both while at the clinic from a previous rare visit, or knowing someone who went there and was accepted). Not everyone whispers why they are there, so one inadvertently hears details they wish they hadn't at these visits.

The inconsistencies of who gets an appointment showcases the system cannot be relied on. This is unfortunate: not everyone has 4 to 6 hours (minimum) in emergency at St Joe's or Regional for each non-urgent concern, simply to be rushed through a diagnosis because there's too many people there.

I gave 2/5 stars instead of 1/5, as they admitted me once before for a non-urgent issue. That was not a particularly pleasant visit, but they at least took me in that evening.

Overall review: would not recommend this location.

Some problems with getting an appointment due to call in line but still got through after a few tries. Each time I got in the same day. Well kept place for cleanliness.
