The Good: Probably one of the most comfiest beds I've had in a hotel room in this price range. Absolutely the most fresh smelling clean linen that I have experienced at any hotel.

The Bad: currently not wheelchair accessible (Underground parking closed and under heavy renos, cannot use luggage carts as the entrances have stairs. As a disabled person it was difficult, but we managed. The hot tub was busted and when I called to book the room (Front Desk) I was not made aware of the accessibility issues due to renos nor the busted hot tub. We chose this hotel for it's accessibility and hot tub. We were not given any deals or compensation when I addressed these issues.

Nothing but good things to say about this place I stay here every time I’m in Moncton. Which is quite often. Great location. Awesome staff. Always clean and with the new upgrades coming it will be even better! Big shout out to all the staff. Great job

The Crowne Plaza Moncton provides a remarkable stay, combining elegance and comfort. Spacious, well-equipped rooms offering a relaxing atmosphere. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I should have read the reviews prior to booking this trip as it's seeming that all recent guests have had the same issues as us. I booked this trip in April for my husband's team. We booked a total of 7 rooms for 7 nights. When we checked in, we pulled up to the front, checked in and proceeded to the parking lot. We quickly found out they were doing construction as more than half of the parking lot was blocked off and the entrance was closed. We had to leave the parking lot and go back around front to find out where to go. It was then that she notified us that we could not use that entrance and we had to park out front and unload all our luggage and carry it up 8-10 stairs which was extremely inconvenience as we all had heavy luggage. We proceeded to our room and the first thing we noticed was the smell of marijuana. Luckily, I had a small purifier with me. We were all exhausted from our long ride so decided to grab a quick bite to eat downstairs. We had a party of 13 and were the only ones in there she explained she was new and had never served 13 people before. She was only trained the week prior, and she was there all by herself. Our dinner took almost 3 hours by the time she took all the orders and served them. It was a disaster. She served some of the men warm Bud Lights that they did not drink but they were still charged for them. The next morning my hubby and I were woken up by construction around 7: 30. We got up and went downstairs for breakfast where we were greeted by other teammates that were also woken up. They were supposed to have a breakfast buffet each morning (which we paid extra for in our room cost). We were advised there was no buffet as they were short staffed. When we left for the day, we put the sign on the door for housekeeping. We came back to the room and no housekeeping. They stated we had the "do not disturb" on our door which we did not. We were then told that they only do housekeeping every 5th day. I sent an email to the hotel regarding all the issues we encountered thus far. I explained that we should have been told about the construction, the lack of staff, the restaurant issues, etc.previous to booking as we would not have chosen this hotel had we known. The girl I had booked the group through responded stating we had the do not disturb on our door that is why housekeeping did not come. The GM responded telling me there was no construction going on. I was beside myself. My group was spending over $10,000 for one week and no apology only excuses. Issues continued during the week so badly that some of the team started calling the hotels across the streets to see if they had availability. I was so embarrassed as I had planned this stay. One of my husband's teammates, my husband and I had all cut ourselves on the corners of the beds mine so bad that I bled all over my towel and my sheets. That morning I left a note, I put the sign on the door, and I also confirmed with housekeeper that was in the room next to change the sheets and towels. We got back to the room at 10: 15pm and the room had not been clean. I called the front desk for towels, 1/2 later still no towels so I called the front desk again finally around 11pm we got towels. All in all, horrible experience! No staff for the restaurant, no bartender (bar was closed our entire stay), jets in hot tub did not work, no daily housekeeping, poor communication, very loud construction, no parking, no convenient entrance, etc. When staying for a full week you really need all those things. I booked the hotel for all of those reasons. Management did not apologize or do anything to rectify all these issues. So disappointing. When I got home, I noticed on my bank that the hotel had overcharged me. I emailed them and they just stated they would reverse the charge no explanation of why or how that happened. And I still have a scar and a bump on my leg from the bed. There are two beautiful hotels across the street which is where we will be staying next time!

Very nice hotel I like the way that the rooms were separated just a little bit it gives you more privacy and quieter the location is right downtown good spot rooms were very clean they clean them every day unlike some hotels that only clean them once every two days which is really weird service was pretty good and very well liked Hotel

Lovely room. Breakfast was delicious. Quiet hotel. The jets in the tub seemed a bit strong but I forgot to mention it to the front desk.

Great location, easy excess to downtown and airport. Staff are always friendly, and accommodating. Unfortunately the restaurant on-site was closed so we had to bare the cold to get a bit to eat. Management was great with helping set up a conference room, and made the process seamless, even though there was a hiccup they were quick at resolving the situation.

1. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR HOCKEY TOURNAMENTS. New fine print policy in place that requires 48hr prior to first check in date for any change for whole reservation. Team has been eliminated and you cannot check out early even though it has a 3 night min. Paying for Sat for no reason.
2. Breakfast not included. Buffet charged 17.99 for same breakfast every other hotel has always included for free.
3. Construction underway eliminating parking spaces. I was told I had to wait till noon until people checked out as freed up space.
4. Construction is a constant noise of banging, hammering? Machines running beginning very early in the AM.

Great hotel with nice recent renovations! Perfect location for events at the Avenir Centre and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Check-in was quick, room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Only downside was the hot tub wasn't working while we were there but we only stayed the one night so can't knock them on 1 night only

Nice hotel, good and reasonably priced food only downside was a humming from outside that intruded into sleep at night.

Unfortunately our room was above the aircon units so tended to be a bit noisy. At first we thought it was the unit in the room but then realised it was outside so nothing we or the hotel could do about it. Good location as 10 minute walk from centre or a walk along the river. Staff very friendly and helpful.
