The front office staff was nice but everything after that went downhill, the estimator was very rude and argumentative almost like they were working with the insurance to not repair the vehicle properly. The process was a nightmare with them, they used our vehicle for business purposes.the workmanship was terrible.

Even tho they tried to make it right we just got lied to way too often and left there with a vehicle that had allot of the same issues as when it went it,

We went so they could order the parts needed to fix a small incident with a deer. We were very lucky and almost stopped when we hit him. He got back up and ran away. They were very professional, will order the parts needed, and will call when we have to bring our vehicle in. They will also take care of the paperwork with the insurance company. Can't wait to see the results.

A deer on the TransCanada decided to introduce itself to the front fender, hood and driver door of my 6 month old vehicle. CSN got it all fixed up, looking as nice as the day I drove it off the lot. Everything went as smooth as could be expected.

Professional, friendly and great to deal with. From the top down I've always had great service from Champlain Auto! Huge shout out to Jeff who kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would give 6 stars if I could!
