Terrible customer service, but when it's your only option you go where you gotta I guess

These guys are crooks. My daughters boyfriend dropped off his pc to have some parts upgraded, which should not have taken more than a few days at most, right? Well, after a month and a half he got fed up of waiting with the excuse that they were waiting on parts to come in as the excuse. These damn crooks removed and kept some of his upgraded components already installed and put cheaper hardware in replace. He now has the computer with the company promising to FIND his original hardware and get back to him. Don’t trust these snakes.
