I had the dream team of Dan, Emily and Josh. Ran into some complications on no part of the team but things were settled quickly. I love my new to me truck. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I've bought 2 vehicles from CYV. The first a 2017 Ford Escape a few years ago. Everything went wonderful and the ladies that helped me, Angela and Jeanette, were very professional, helpful and kind.
In the Spring of 2023, I got a text from Josh from CYV wanting me to trade in my escape. He promised lower interest rate, more warranty and lower payments. I thought I might be interested. I took a 2023 Equinox for a test drive. Beautiful vehicle. Josh did deliver on the warranty and interest rate but my payments were going to be over double what they were. I turned down the new car. Wendy Omvlee from CYV wasn't happy with my decision, and I quote from her, " listen here little lady" in a demeaning voice. I was sent photos of different vehicles for 3 weeks afterwards with the last one being only 1 year newer than my escape. Harassment if you ask me.
Fall of this year, 2024, I again got a call from CYV, wanting me to trade my 2017 to a 2021 Ford escape but with no warranty. I found a 2024 Chev Trax on thier site, was approved for that and decided to buy since it had warranty. I decided to add winter tires as they had a deal on them. A week later, after I referred my daughter to buy a used vehicle at CYV, my daughter and I were at CYV getting her paperwork done and was asked by Wendy Omvlee if she wanted winter ties. My daughter confirmed that she did. Wendy then asked if she wanted "steelies" and sensors as well. Steelies are rims we were informed. I said to Wendy, " gee, I didn't get those options with my winter tires. " Wendy informed me that, " when you buy new, you get the rims and sensors automatically. A bonus for buying new. Thats why Matt hadn't mentioned it because it was automatic. "I wait 3 weeks for my winter tires and rims. When they called to tell me my tires were in but without rims and sensors I asked why that they were supposed to. Matt Toner told me they weren't included in the deal, that he hadn't included or told me about them because some people preferred not to have the second set of rims. I told him what Wendy had said and he said she was wrong. I told him I preferred the second set of rims. Matt said he'd get Emily to price a set of rims and they would help me out with them, I took it as I would get a deal on them. That was over 2 days ago, haven't got a call back at all from anyone. If I would have known I wasn't " automatically " getting the rims I would have ordered a set from them or elsewhere. Wendy apparently spoke when she had no idea what she was talking about and denies she even said it, but all 4 of us in that room heard her. And not to get a phone call back like I was told I would. Not very professional. No one at cyv seems to know what anyone is doing. I want to also mentioned that when my daughter got a text from Wendy, Wendy sent her a copy of my bill of sale with all my information without my consent.
Between my daughter and I, in about a week spent close to $100,000 at CYV, and this is the thanks I get. Rudeness, unprofessionalism and no help. Never again will I buy anything from CYV or send anyone thier way.

I was looking for a used car and accidentally came across this company's ad on Facebook. In the ad, not a single word was indicated that this is a dealer, the price on the website for the same car was 1000 dollars higher. The dealer with aggressive sales attracts buyers who spend time without suspecting that additional fees await them. In fact, it is misleading the beholder. With such a situation in the car market, the ball is in the dealer's court and they resort to various methods of attracting a buyer. With a note that this is wrong and a message that in the future I will complain about such messages, an indication that I do not intend to discuss the purchase with them and a wish for good day, Emily pointed out that they were referring to a dealer, namely "EMILY CYV". Logically, I thought that it was her last name and didn't even know the name of such a dealership. But the icing on the cake was her phrase "have the day you deserve". Thanks for the wishes

DO NOT GOTO THIS SHOP. These people are crooks. I am traveling through from Ontario. My truck was giving me issues with steering. I brought it to them to diagnose. The told me I needed new control arms, pitman arms, tie rods and steering column.
They also said that the transmission cooler lines were leaking. I asked to replace them. They said if would cost $405 then after the work was done they said that the computer made a mistake and the actual cost is $680
They told me that the charge is higher because the had two techs working on it to get it done faster but charged me for 2 hours that took 45 mins.

I brought the truck to a different mechinc in town and they are taking care of me. They said gm has a lot of unhappy customers because they will rip you off. This mechanic has fixed the issu and it wasn't nothing that gmc told me that was wrong.

If you are in Woodstock and need work done DONT GO TO THIS SHOP THEY ARE CROOKS, LIERS AND THEIVES

Once again, I have been given an opportunity to be shown that true customer appreciation does indeed still exist. My vehicle was due for recommended service, and so took it to CYV. Shortly after the service a few concerns showed up. I brought these concerns to the attention of Mark, sales, and Angela, the service manager. They took these concerns very seriously, and invited me back to have a look. Tyler very diligently went over my vehicle, found the cause of my concerns along with other items that needed attention. When I picked up my vehicle, I found that Angela made sure everything required was taken care of. Stephanie noted I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought my vehicle, and found that most of the items needing attention were covered. I want to thank everyone involved in this situation. I am very grateful to CYV, a company, and people, who care for and appreciate their customers.

Hard to find places anymore that treat you like a valued person and customer, instead of a quick buck. CYV is one of those places. That feeling starts the second you are greeted either by phone or walking thru the door. From a great buying experience, thank you Mark and Vaughn, to awesome after sale service. The way I've been treated during and after my purchase fully reinforces this. Leann is a compassionate and understanding professional who helped find solutions to a very distressing situation. When my vehicle has needed service, I have been greeted with a huge smile by Stephanie, who keeps me updated on the progress of the repairs. Aaron explains what is needed and has workable solutions. When I'm waiting for my vehicle, Mark always stops for a chat, and the receptionists ensure I'm comfortable. Thank you very much CYV!

First of all I found service department no issue. They Took care of me. Sales how ever is an issue. They low ball you on your trade in. Be ready to walk away

Bought a used 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 from them. Said the MVI was clean, big surprise they lied through their teeth.

Evap leaks, transmission's toast, ABS Faults. The best part? They just cleared the codes off the dash. Codes get stored even if you clear them, remember that for your next scam victim.

Car dealership took my sister in laws vehicle while it broke down in holton maine, drove across border to nearest place to fix. Dealership looked at her car on emergency call.fixed her car n explained what was wrong with it. God bless this dealership for their kindness!
