If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t take your car here. $600 charge to look at a car without fixing anything.

Wow! DTech was amazing. We brought our Mini Cooper in with a brake line leak explaining we were out of town and needed to have the repair done within 2 days before leaving St John. They fixed our car within a day and we were even able to get in some sight seeing. Thank you so very much DTech Team! You are awesome! Rick & Heddy

Typically helpful and gets the job done, but occasionally takes advantage of client ignorance and/or overlooks details on jobs that end up costing you time and money. Would recommend for quick or straight forward fixes.

Dave is the best! And, if you're looking for someone to take care of your caravan.he's the best Dodge man around! Best service ever! Tasha is so good, she takes good care of their customers.we love you guys!

I stopped y the other day with the signal light issue. Guys were busy, but did found a time to check my lights. Service was awesome and mechanic was so friendly. Thank you a lot!

Our car was there about a month with no update. It was looked at only after we stopped in to the office in person. Once it was finally "fixed" (about $3K later) it didn't even make it home without stalling. We were told it was taken for a test drive but there is no way it could have been! We took it back and was promised it would be fixed. It's been weeks with not even a phone call. Worst customer service ever! I called and asked for the keys back and they didn't even blink. Seems like they had no intention of ever fixing it. We never should have taken it there. I don't know how it has all these good reviews because that was certainly not our experience. Anyone want a $3,000 paper weight?

Dave and Tasha and wonderful. They fixed my car and even went above and beyond by searching through my car for a receipt for me and checking to see if a part was covered. I feel safe comfortable when I leave them.

D-Tech took over the repairs of our fleet and we couldn't be more happy. They really know what they are doing. Dave is a fun guy who does an exceptional job and cares about his clients and their needs. Tasha, the receptionist was great too. She goes above and beyond for us and it is much appreciated. I hope to never have to use another mechanic.

Had my vehicle to a few different shops around town for electrical issues we were having and nobody seemed to be able to fix it. We were recommend to take our vehicle to D-Tech as the head technician knows his stuff and will not stop until the vehicle is repaired and working properly.all the staff were great to deal with.could not ask for a better bunch to deal with. My issue was repaired and at a fraction of the cost! We will be returning for future repairs when required!

I have nothing but praise and respect for all the employees that work there. They are very friendly and down to earth. They do not take your money and not fix the issue you are having with your vehicle, they do not install parts that are not needed, they are very reasonable in their shop rates and will not over charge you.

I have been to many shops around the city trying to find a shop that I can trust to work on my vehicle to ensure my vehicle is safe for myself and my family to travel in.

I also have to write a response to the poor review Bo Sox wrote about D-Tech Auto. So what they closed early for once? Do you not realize that most times when you drive by way after the regular business hours you will find someone still there working away on vehicles when everyone else is gone home for the day. I highly doubt that they said too bad come early or we keep your vehicle for the weekend.am sure someone would have stayed had you not been able to get there lol. Sounds as though you are just mad at the fact your vehicle did not pass the inspection the first time.and when you went back the second time still did not pass.am sure they were not being "petty" as you put it. Have you driven on the roads in Saint John? So here is the question maybe where you took your vehicle for repairs they should have done the inspection unless taking your vehicle to an unlicensed shop.lol. Funny the only bad review I have seen about D-Tech is from you.seems the only one who is rude, ignorant and obnoxious is yourself: P

Awesome Service, Always honest:) Never an issue with any of the work they do always a pleasure dealing with them! Best shop around town and know their stuff.highly recommend them!

I am sure that Bo Sox just did not like the fact their vehicle never passed inspection so why not bash the employees there.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. The lady that works at the service desk is unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. I was called and instructed that I had to pick up my vehicle 2 hours before closing time (after confirming what their closing time was prior to booking the appointment) because they "were closing early". I stated that I wasn't off of work for another hour and was told that I would have to come or I wouldn't have my vehicle for the weekend. They fixed the issue with the vehicle which the cost was over $500 (which I felt was reasonable). They failed the inspection (which I was not surprised about). I had the work done by someone else because I could not afford to pay the labour costs, etc at Dtech. This cost me a great deal of money to have done but I had everything that failed completed and I took the car back to Dtech on the day that my rejected inspection sticker ran out. I was called again by the the lady at the service desk who very rudely told me that the vehicle failed again. I asked what was wrong now and was responded to rudely by her and the gentleman in the background saying that " I must have hit something". I can assure you that I did not hit anything! I picked the car up, had it back to the mechanic who did the repair work for me. On the first inspection Dtech missed one of the things that they failed the vehicle for the second time and the other, well, they were just being petty about that one. My opinion is that, even though I had spent over $500 on my first initial visit to their shop, they were upset because I didn't have them do the repairs on my vehicle. Well, I am sorry, but I could not afford to do that. That's life for some people and I would think that that a little professionalism, understanding and maybe, just maybe, admitting that they missed something the first time the vehicle was inspected would have went along way. Had they admitted that, maybe I would have said ok, could you fix it for me. Instead, I will never grace their doorstep again.

Great Customer Service, Always friendly and honest.

Very straightforward explaining what is wrong with the vehicle thoroughly.
They work great with warranty work & always inform you of parts needed before purchasing. The only shop I bring my vehicle to.
