Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Waited 30 minutes at the drive through for our food, DQ was not busy, our food was just barely warm and we didn’t get all of our food. Fed up with getting poor service and not all employees doing their job.

I ate there with my kid the other day, staff was amazing and respectful but they're are so many flies it's disgusting. There are probably 100 flies at least because they are everywhere, I feel bad for the workers that have to deal with them all day.

Ordered two shlushies and they were not mixed AT ALL. They were super messy they stained my hands and clothes, not happy with service or food. Do better.

What a great group of employees! The woman I spoke to through the speaker and the man that gave me my food at the window were incredibly polite. The food was fresh and delicious. I don’t live in Oromocto but will definitely stop here again while passing through.

The guys on the microphone were amazing sooooo polite it actually surprised me. My order was wrong but was quickly fixed lovely ppl

My bf and I ordered food through the drive thru and my order was correct but his was completely wrong and missing his onion rings. We went back and the manager was excellent. Unfortunately another customer had issues with their order while we were waiting there so I feel bad for the manager who has an incompetent crew.

The experience at DQ grill n chill is amazing I love their Ice cream such as their DQ blizzards And food I wish I could work here the staff are really freindly

Strawberry cheesecake blizzard had little actual strawberries in it but lots of cheesecake.

There ice cream is so good, every time I have it I wanna cream. Love their food. If I could, I would eat there everyday

3/4 lbs flamethrower mmmmmm best burger in town. Poutine was good too! Best fast food meal I've had in a while! GF got chicken strips and sundae

Younger staff. High school or just out of. Yet, every time I have been there the staff are polite, quick to work, and on point.
Normally I wouldn't mention an age reference but I think it's important to note they work hard.
The only thing I do not agree with is this.
No CAF discount.

Just went through the drive thru, asked the person to make sure the fries were hot twice, once when ordering and once at window, not only were they barely warm but I could of easily counted the half order I got. Not like they were busy, there was nobody behind me or in front of me.

Ordered for inside at 9: 40. They didn't let us finish eating because they closed at 10 and said we had to leave.

Very, very clean restaurant! Cashier had a great and fun personality. I ordered a Blizzard and it is the best Blizzard I have had in years. The rest of my family was very happy with their order. The washrooms were also very clean. Excellent job team!
