Food is always good. Really friendly staff at this location! That makes a big difference in the atmosphere

Came to this DQ and ended up walking right out. I couldn't read the menu. The English words were way to small to see.

Took our order wrong, received the wrong food and then had to order what they didn’t include the first time. Had to take our blizzard back to be made again because it was so melted.

Noua avions envie d'un cornet. Venant du Québec je voulais de la molle et quelque chose de simple, après 3 places on a atterie la. Très satisfaite. En plus le jeune homme parle français et nous conseille super bien

Très propre, autant le resto que les toilettes. J'ai mis 5 étoiles même si je n'ai pris qu'un blizzard aux smarties.

Beware of this employer and manager: - these guys first promise to work for a year and will help in immigration or paperwork, after one year is complete they excuse that we ask you to wait to not ask them about paperwork!
And when you try to contact there management they makes excuses and plan to terminate you from job! If someone want proof can contact me!

I want to preface this by saying that I've never had to write a bad review, nor did I ever feel the need to do so in any other instance. However, I had an unfortunate experience two days ago. I decided to stop by and get a Skor brownie Cupfection and a S'more Blizzard, but I ended up receiving two wrong orders. The employee who took our order seemed very rushed, which led to our orders getting mixed up. We politely informed the employee about the mistake, but he insisted that I had ordered the wrong thing. He rolled his eyes and took back my incorrect order. Meanwhile, my boyfriend realized that he also didn't receive what he had ordered, so we informed the employee once again about the mix-up. Instead of being understanding, he scoffed at us and claimed that I had ordered the items we received. He even rolled his eyes once again, kissed his teeth, and said "gimme" while reluctantly taking back my boyfriend's order and followed by closing the window on us harshly.

All of this is to say that we will unfortunately not be returning due to the poor service we received.

Visited this location around 15: 30, yesterday April 30th 2023. I ordered 1 medium vanilla churro dipped ice cream cone and 1 large reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. The ice cream cone was missing a large chunk of the upper portion of the cone. The employee also failed to completely flip the blizzard, as per policy. The employee, Sunil, merely tilted it to the right, but did not flip it. Upon receiving the blizzard, I could understand why. The ice cream was completely watery and had to be put in the freezer at home and eaten at a later time. For the price you pay for dairy queen, I would certainly expect better quality.

This is my second visit to this DQ where I’m very disappointed.
1- we ordered a georgia mud fudge blizzard and we were told they can’t do it, yet went to another DQ and they made it no problem?
2- I order a slushie half blue/ half red to be told they can’t mix flavors? I’ve been getting this for years.

Always Friendly service. I visited as a delivery driver. Dine in take away and drive thru available.

Ample parking.

Really clean, great service, even have bilingual staff and best Dairy Queen ice cream and milkshake I had so far!

I love DQ, but for the past 2 years the people in this DQ have no idea how to mix blizzards. Please train them.

In writing this, this is my birthday. I had plans to go sign some documents for a house then after was going to go get an ice cream cake. When I got to the restaurant, they were closed, but the locations was supposed to be open till 10pm. Worker said closed early cause of Xmas party. Like out of all the nights to have a Christmas party. It’s a Tuesday night, who does that. So my one start cause I really wanted to get that cake and I didn’t have time to get to the nearest restaurant in time. I know this is irrational. But just not happy!

Staff and food is generally nice. For kicked out by elderly man because i didn't order anything while my friend did. I usually buy something but that day I didn't.won't be returning!
