Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Ordered one small Coffee Crisp Caramel Macchiato Blizzard and one medium cherry chip blizzard with added cheesecake bits. The young girl taking our order had no name tag, took 5 minutes to take our order, completely forgot to put in cheesecake bits, and clocked out without making the small blizzard. She also proceeded to ring in and make her own food including her own blizzard and leave without acknowledging us. 10 minutes of standing around staring and watching them joke around and ignore us (I assumed someone would notice us). Finally said “we’ve been waiting for 10 minutes” and only one person noticed and apologized saying “there must have been miscommunication we were in a rush”. Meanwhile, the other 4 people at the front had time to talk with the manager 5 feet away. This was October 13,2022 at 9: 30 pm. I’m appalled by our treatment of being flat out ignored and forgotten about.
