Great location, rooms are very clean it’s nice because they have a beauty hair salon on the bottom floor and the restaurant that is attached to the hotel downstairs delivers breakfast, brunch, lunch as well dinner serves meals good view from the bottom to top floor

Just stayed here for a hockey tournament with our team and the service was excellent. The front door person was very friendly and so were the staff at the front desk. We had a great time swimming in the pool and going down the water slide. We were loud and crazy in the pool and a big thanks to the pool staff for putting up with all the commotion. Thanks alot to Margoo and Su for all your generosity and patience with all the kids and adults. We'll be back next season for more.

We stayed at the Delta Beausejour on NYE and we had the best time! We were kindly welcomed by Zach in The Triio lounge! He was so kind and attentive and he made sure we had a fabulous time! He makes the best Cosmos in the maritimes! He is a real asset to your property!

Overpriced, mediocre services and rooms. Have to say we didn’t have a very good experience here. Much nicer places in Moncton to stay for far cheaper and cleaner rooms. Was shocked you have to pay 17 a day for parking. Bathrooms barely have room to stand and it’s never fun looking up at brown stains on the ceiling for 200 plus a night…. Have to say we are very disappointed, definitely won’t return and makes us second guess staying at future Marriott locations. Too bad! I would definitely not recommend this location!

Great Hotel. FYI is seems always busy with events. The location is awesome lots of restaurants close by. Has Club floor with breakfast. Overall we had a good experience.

Another really great stay with the ol' Beau. The hotel leaves you wanting for nothing, really. It's good, it's solid, it's basic - delivers on everything you could want. To be clear, if you're looking for fancy suites and club floors, look elsewhere. However, if you're looking for a great sleep, amazing staff, and a good room, this is the place. The pool (salt water), waterslide, arcade room are hits with the kids, and the hotel never feels overrun by children (halls, etc.) - nicely done.

To be honest, the ONLY issue was a Marriott staff member ("from corporate") who we could overhear berating a staff member at the restaurant as the bill didn't reflect her "status" and "discount". It went on for our entire meal. She was not a hotel staff member, but rather in "with family" and "expected more" given "who she is". Sad. If I caught a name, I'd probably send it along to her managers.

Went to a Christmas supper and dance. Room was great but bathrooms were so far away and you needed a key card from the bar. Not efficient. The food was amazing.

We stayed here during a hockey tournament and the service was great! They had live music at check-in and cooler tasting for the adults; and a nice little table with complementary Gatorade and Pizza for the kids as well. There was an issue with parking and they accommodated us quickly and willingly when we brought it up, which we appreciated.

The rooms were clean. The food was good and the best thing about the hotel is its location. So convenient.

Stayed this past weekend, while service, hotel room, etc were great, especially the service from Jacques and the gentleman that checked us in, the amount of hockey players in the hotel absolutely ruined the experience for my family
There were kids in every hall, at all times, elevators full at all times, lobby run by children, hot chocolate station taken over by children, and the worst was the pool, couldn't even go in for 45 mins as they had it taken over and used as their own, having a football throwing party while other guests just waited, the pool was unusable for others, I have kids and felt awkward, I can't imagine seniors wanting to go for a little swim, impossible
The problem here was not the children having fun, the problem was the lack of parental supervision and respect from the parents to even notice what their kids were doing and taking away the joy from other paying guests
The hotel tried to get the kids to stop, while parents participated and never said a word to them, but once the workers walked away they were at it again, in front of their parents who didn't say a word!
My kids didn't get to enjoy themselves because of your ignorance! Be kind parents
So while the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, that part was great, I would definitely inquire about hockey teams and how many are actually staying in the hotel, which seemed like a good 75% of the guests, in my opinion way too many and should be limited, before booking a relaxing, enjoyable stay at this hotel
Rooms are a bit small but enjoyable
Halls are a bit loud, bring a white noise machine
Parking is outside and they do warn you to take everything valuable out of your car
Hallways are very dim, kind of hard to walk thru at night

Wow, super belle hôtel. Super propre. Super service. Super piscine. Super lounge où mangez. Mais tous ça viens avec un prix. Les chambres sont chers mais avec le service obtenu et la localisation de l'hôtel, ça vaut la peine d'y passer au moins une nuit.

Threatened to kick us out for noise complaints at 8 pm. Aware that there was 3 major staff parties and a hockey tournament as well. I could see if it was at 1,2 am but not at 8 pm. Besides that fantastic stay.

What can I say about Delta, awesome hotel, amazing staff. Isabella at the front desk is a real firecracker.

In principle, a good hotel, spacious rooms, a cool pool with a slide and excellent breakfasts, but for 3 stars, it’s not cheap at all, parking is paid.well, breakfast is also not included in the price!
And to get to the elevator from your room you have to run through a labyrinth of corridors!

Spent a very frustrating 20+ minutes on a call with someone at a noisy call centre trying to cancel a reservation. This should be an easy process via the app but there was no cancellation option. The hotel is better than a one star but I have no other recourse than to post this here.

There was blood splatter all over the curtains, the ceiling, the wall and the blanket that we slept with. It was disgusting. We tried calling room service as well over 15 times waited until the ringing had ended and ended up having to go down almost every time we needed something. In our new room the blank AND pillow case were dirty and we asked for a new blanket and it was lap dirty… the breakfast and parking bundle is way to expensive, $40 for that like really? And the breakfast options in that bundle are very mediocre. I spent almost $1000 for a 3 night stay with all those issues it’s ridiculous. I will never go there and I’ll tell all of my friends about my experience unless I get a free stay from a contest or something I’ll never spend my money there again

Im so disappointed with this experience.

It started off with going into the room it was not cleaned, the tub was dirty and there was used water bottles, the front desk clerk changed the room to the next floor, it was a distance to our replacement room that was 3 hallways away from the elevator. She stood at the doorway and told us to look around and it looked cleaner than the room prior, but as we settled down there was brown stains on the pillow case, and the inside the shower the liner had boogers on it.which wasnt noticed until the following morning. We were charged 17$ plus 3$ for parking and on the weekend parking is free in the parking lot downtown.

Unfortunately this doesn't allow me to upload the photos I took, I do not recommend this hotel for the price you pay it is not worth it.

We checked in on Sunday evening, after a long drive. Mary checked us in at the front desk, and she could not have been more welcoming! She did a wonderful job checking us in quickly and professionally. Our room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view. The beds are very comfy. We had breakfast downstairs at Trio, and the food and coffee were delicious. I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back.
