Deluxe French Fries

It's a great place to grab a quick burger when you get back at almost 8 pm. Always the same great service.

Has gone downhill recently (March 2023)
The portions are close to half of what they used to be

I ordered a few items from them and as part of the order I ordered a side coleslaw and when I got home I realized they did not give me the coleslaw. When I realized that the tiny coleslaw is over $3 I decided to call and let them know. They do not answer their phone, tried calling them 5 times. I then decided to send an email, I received an auto response that they will respond within 48 hours but no response. I followed up on the email and again nothing. I can accept the order being wrong, stuff happens but their inability to resolve the issue gives them this rating.

Clam platter was very good. Only comment is that portion sizes between branches needs to be regulated.

It's a no frills place to have a quick lunch. The food is tasty and the fries are hand cut

Everything fresh and fries were almost as good as they used to be when made in-house. Stsff friendly as per usual.

Prices have gone up and portions down everywhere including here, but add that to the despicable way one of the staff members continually belittled another employee in front of everyone, and it ruined the experience for me. The fish wasnt even well cooked, and the fact that they now charge $2.85+tax for a tiny cup of powdered gravy mix, and this wont be a place I give any of my business to anymore sadly. It's a shame as other locations can and have done so much better overall compared to this one.

Sooo yummy had fish and chips and my friend had the clams very good forgot to take a picture.too hungry lol

One star because the coffee was good. I ordered the Breakfast Burger. It was horrible. Didn't look at all like the picture. I couldn't taste the bacon, and not sure if there was any. Instead of the hamburger roll on the picture it was a English muffin. And, the egg tasted like oil, which no doubt was cooked in. No taste to it all but some kind of cooking oil.

This place sucks took almost twenty minutes to make a hot chicken sandwich and the fries were over cooked

Fries were cooked golden brown. Double patty burger was real and served hot. Recommend buster burger platter.

Horrible experience, bought a cheeseburger and barely had any burger. The patty was so thin it was almost invisible. Rip off

Horrible service. Rude staff. Waited over 30 mins for 2 fish and chips.
When I finally did get the food. Ice cold. Soggy fries. Cold and hard fish.
I called back to advise the food was cold. Didn’t even want money back. If it happened to me it had to have happened to other people. They didn’t seem to even care. ‍️‍️.
Guess it’s the last time I order from them.

I’ll give a 2. My wife had raw batter on her fish. The poutine was okay, but the fries could have been a little crisper. Disappointed based on the other reviews. But maybe it was just a bad day. Not sure we’ll try again.

We ordered the Seafood Platter at the Deluxe French Fries in Dieppe, and it was really good! The scallop was fresh and juicy, and the fries, clams and fish was also fresh and tasty! They had coleslaw as well that came with the platter, and it was good too! The customer service was also excellent; the cashier and the workers there were very kind and friendly! It was our first time there, and overall it was a great experience! Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

To me Deluxe is the best place for Fish and chips. And the lobster rolls are so good. In other word everytime I went to Deluxe in Dieppe I was always100% satisfied with my meal.
The staff are always very nice and professional. And no matter how busy they are I never had to wait very long.

I asked for extra tarter sauce only to arrive home with none, fish was over cooked and the fries were not cooked. Not my day I guess. I also witnessed the 2 ladies working the front cash drop one of my onion rings on the counter and put it back in the bag. The line cook gave them the finger point but I don’t think either one of them cared. Deluxe in Dieppe

I never fall to stop at deluxe when I'm in the Maritimes. Best fast food fish and chips ever.

Bob is a real MVP here. We went to eat here a few weeks ago and he was so silly with our children that everytime we drive by they ask to go to deluxe to see "Spongebob"

This was amazing 8-9 years ago, when I tried this again after being out of the Maritimes for 8 years. The quality has gone downhill, no fault from the staff as they were nice and served the food quickly.
