I had the most rejuvenating facial. My skin felt like I was 20 again. The lady also did my eyebrows beautifully, the shape was great on my face. Everything was very clean, great precautions were taken. I will definitely be back.

I was very disappointed with my consultation visit today. I was seen I the waiting area with other people there. No privacy. I was asked what I wanted to do today which was on the form I was given to complete that was never reviewed. I thought the whole point of a consultation was to unearth issues I may have that I was unaware of and may want to address not given a brochure and told the price as if I just came off the street.

I went for a facial and it was really clean, everybody was super professional and friendly. I liked it a lot and I will definitely be going back. I was referred by Starr from the Charlottetown location because I was going to be in the city.

This place is beautiful! It has a clean clinic atmosphere with bright walls and all new furniture. There is so many treatments to choose from. I had a free consultation and chose a variety of treatments for my specific skin wants and needs. I highly recommend this business and wish I had of found it sooner! I cannot wait to go back.

Don't expect a Spa experience here! No pleasant atmosphere, smells or sounds! I went for a facial. Reception area seemed fine but the treatment room was a large closet with a flat bed covered with a black plastic sheet and a strip of paper like at a doctor's office. Of course there was nothing to tie back my hair. Tristan is pleasant but just applied the products and didn't explain what she was doing. After about 15 she left me there for 20 minutes staring up at a florescent light on this hard bed with a radio blaring at my head. Walls on both sides of me where dirty. Table with the products on it was dirty. I actually thought this was a joke and got up and took pictures because I knew no one would believe it. I laid there wondering if the owner or Tristan had ever seen a properly run SPA. This was completely unacceptable and I feel completely ripped off! I don't write negative reviews but this was exceptionally bad.

Tristin is awesome! Had my legs and a Brazilian done for the first time and it was quick. She took the time to explain things and made it feel as comfortable as possible.
