Front desk women - gave me consultation questions from behind the counter… not very professional at all not to mention - their sketchy door sign that’s paper and tape. Lack of knowledge from the general questioning (don’t recommend) (didn’t get services)

On ne peut jamais avoir un rendez-vous quand on s’y rend lors de la consultation Soit le personnel est absent pour un long moment ou les machines ne fonctionnent pas. J’ai été refoulé 2 fois pour une épilation au laser et un traitement microneedling. Je n’y remets plus les pieds.

I started going to DermaEnvy a few months ago for laser treatement and all i can say is… AMAZING service! The staff is very professional and respectful, they make you feel welcome and confortable. They really know what they are doing! The laser treatement are going very well and are working exactly like I anticipated. I would recommend DermaEnvy to anybody wanting their services!

Very very friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere! Marie was so sweet and made me feel so much better.after she explained what she could do to help me in detail. I am excited to go back for my treatments! I will be going back very soon!

The ladies are all so friendly and make you feel comfortable no matter what part of the body you get the (laser) treatment done.

They've followed up with me throughout my treatments to give me some tips to help me get the best out of the treatments.

Would definitely recommend to anyone! Plus when you buy with the promotions they have-definitely worth the money!

A local gem! Known for their laser hair removal but their facial services are incredible - There is definitely a facial for every need and every one here. 10/10 Would recommend to a friend.

The building was a little hard to find, even with GPS. I was there for a consultation and arrived early, so I had to wait a little bit until my appointment. The consultation went very well and I went ahead and booked the service. I'll update my review once I've had a couple of sessions under my belt.

I am giving 2 stars simply because i do understand that sometimes things are out of our control and for the promptness of email communication- however here is a date by date events

- January 19th: emailed to see if they accept wayspa gift cards- assured they did and thus scheduled an apt, which was rescheduled by me to March 1st.

- March 1st: take the afternoon off work to go to my apt only to get there and find the space empty. The person was sick (happens) but no contact was made to let me know or anything, i sent email- promptly returned, apt rescheduled to March 19th

- Today, March 19th, present myself to the place, only to be told that they no longer accept the gift cards, apparently since yesterday

Well disappointed to say the least, i will go back to my regular spa where I know I will get my service.

Very professional staff. Only thing that might improve the overall ratkng would be to have a receptionist there

Meagan is great! She is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend DermaEnvy Dieppe. I drive from Miramichi for their services.

Megan is wonderful! She listens and customises the treatment and is always on time. Prices are also very reasonable.
