Bought a set of Hercules tires for my Ranger and WOW, amazing for winter driving as I do a lot of snow travel. They were recommended and worked great thank you again for fast service and knowing your tires for all vehicles.

I had my car in for oil change and repair the lack of heat. They contacted me when parts arrived and installed at quoted price. Very happy with the service. I would recommend them for sure.

I can't say enough fantastic things about this dealership. I go to them for everything. The customer service that I have received over the last 16 years has been exceptional. They have never let me down and always came through leaving me with a great experience and feeling confident about the vehicle I'm driving. We are constantly driving and on the go everyday. Having a reliable, dependable vehicle that keeps us safe and on time is an absolute must. They have gone above and beyond for me and have earned my loyalty unequivocally. I have also learned over these years that the Dobson family are great people and do amazing things in our community and for our community. Highly highly recommend!

Was potentially a new customer. Contacted the service department twice, was speaking with a person then midway through the conversation got pushed to a voice mail (happened twice). Messaged them through their online chat to make an appointment to have my used vehicle looked at (new to me) but haven't heard back from them in over two weeks. Must not need any more business.

I love my new Jeep Compass, but my experience so far has been an experience I’ve never had before, I purchased my Jeep two weeks ago, I have just learned today I have been driving with no registration my paper plate has expired and I had to go to the motor vehicle after going to the dealership and the dealership said that I had to go to the motor vehicle and exchange the dealership plate for my personal plates, fine I went down to the mvi and ask to exchange the plates of the dealership to my personal plate, then they said I couldn’t to it because the car is still registered to the dealership, I know it’s one in a million chance this could happen but after you leave a dealership call the mvi to see if the car is in your name.and it’s 6 hours later from leaving the dealership and I still don’t have any registration.third trip to the dealership June 17,2022.still nothing.

Worst service department out of all of the dealerships. Lied and ruined my transmission, they worked on it under warranty and then when I found out they didn't reinstall it properly since I was no longer under warranty they said "it's your problem now" and hung up on me even though they were the ones to do the work.

I've had 4 trucks, 2 Dodge products, one at 230k with 0 mechanical issues and another at 630k

Work was done in the he scheduled time frame, a little less than originally quoted and. That's all with a little miscommunication in the parts department.

However, to the credit of the parts guys. They found a fuel filter that I've been looking for.for the past 12 months.

Shout out Steven Farquharson for being pleasant and. Dealing with the parts issue. Justin McQuade also left a positive impression.

After three years of looking at trucks, I settled on a 2017 Dodge Ram Hemi. That was two years ago. An excellent truck.
The Dobson sales team and service department continues to impress. For me, a great purchase experience.

Appallingly Awful Vehicle Service. I had brought my vehicle in to have the HVAC blower motor replaced. I purchased the replacement blower motor directly from an authorized Chrylser dealership. Despite being an OE part and having the part number matched to my make and model, Dobson Chrysler wouldn't install it, claiming the part was the incorrect size and proceeded to charge me for the attempt.

I then took the car and part to a different Chrysler dealership located in Fredericton, which was able to install the part without any difficulty at all and also charged significantly less than what Dobson claimed to be the standard rate for the work. Fortunately I was able to get a refund, but I am still disgusted that Dobson Chrysler has either: incompetent technicians or was unwilling to bother installing a part sourced elsewhere than their dealership.
