Courtney is amazing. She educates herself in new techniques and works with you to get the results you are looking for. She is also strong on the follow ups to make sure you are satisfied and if there’s anything she gets you in to fix it and I respect that a lot! I love coming here I always feel like they have my best interest in mind.

Courtney is absolutely amazing! Words can’t express how much I appreciate her. She is extremely thorough, and really listens to you. I’ve trusted a couple other injectors that just went ahead and did things without asking or listening and I’m the type who starts to feel really vulnerable in a chair and just trusted they knew what they were doing (lessons learned!) She took her time and asked me all about what I was looking for and gave me options to think about and so far I’m super happy with all her suggestions that we’ve gone with! So glad to finally decide to see her and I highly recommend going to Dr Andrea Hickeys office! The receptionist is really lovely too thank you guys so much!

I did not have a wonderful experience with Dr. Hickey, unfortunately. I got too much Botox (based on her "professional opinion") and it caused my face to droop for about a month. When I went back for a follow up, she was defensive but did offer free Botox at a later date. I emailed months later, asking about the free Botox, I never got a reply. I will not return.

I got lip filler done by Dr. Laura Faulkner and I couldn’t be happier with my results! She was super informative, understood and achieved my vision of ensuring my lips look natural, and she was extremely personable throughout every interaction. Going to Dr. Andrea Hickey for botox and filler is my treat to myself a couple of times a year. It always gives me a personal lift. Dr. Hickey and her staff are so welcoming and professional. Their scheduling is great and the waiting room is usually always just for me and very little if any wait time for my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Hickey and her staff!

New to the area, I had been going to a top dermatologist in Ontario for many years and was nervous to try a new doctor. Dr. Hickey was so friendly and extremely professional, she took all the time I needed to explain my 'difficult face' (scars and facial fractures). She mapped out the injection sites and dosed each one perfectly, started with a lower more conservative approach and the results are incredible! Prices are fair and the clinic is warm and inviting.
