These guys are excellent, they give 110% service. Ive only ever had to go for emergencies like having a piece of metal stuck in my eye and when the cat scratched my eye. But everytime you explain what happened they fit you in regardless if they even have room! I recommend these guys to everyone!

Dr. Diotte is a great addition to the team Bohnsack/Steffler whom we have appreciated for many years. When I recently experienced worrying symptoms in my right eye, I got a cancellation appointment the same day I called. Dr. Diotte was thorough, explained what had happened and was happening to my eye and was able to reassure me that there was no imminent threat to my eye sight. At the same time he confirmed that the symptoms could have been signs of a more serious situation. In order to make sure that things have cleared up he scheduled a control appointment in six weeks. I left the appointment extremely grateful for the swift, excellent and kind care I received. I would totally recommend Dr. Diotte.

Had a good time at this location, Dr. Dustin Diotte had answered all my questions in a way that he was not talking down to you. I recommend 10/10!

My first appointment with Dr. Diotte. He was excellent. This wasn’t my first eye exam I go every two years, but it was my first prescription. He took the time to fully explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Diotte. The added bonus if the warm welcome you get from all of the frontline staff.

I had my first (of many) appointments at FYidoctors last Friday and I have to say I was impressed. From the moment I stepped in to the moment leaving, I had a smile on my face. The staff is super friendly and I was there for the duration promised - 45 minutes to 1 hour. Dr. Paula Steffler was a sweetheart and answered all of my questions. 10/10 recommend FYidoctors Smythe Street.

After some research I decided on this clinic and was referred to Dr. Diotte. I went for a complete exam. I am a senior with advanced presbyopia and I suspected maybe I had the beginning of age-related eye diseases. Dr. Diotte examined me carefully and was able to calm my fears and explain the reasons for my symptoms. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. This is the best clinic I’ve been to in the Fredericton area. 5*

Had a few issues and they fixed them, took a bit of complaining but they came clean and replaced everything.
