Cannot recommend this place and its practioners enough! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the most welcoming staff. I have been fortunate to utilize several of the services at this clinic and am so thankful for them all. Dr Marie has made such a difference with both my kids - I am so thankful Lara recommended this place!

I have nothing but good things to say about East Coast Chiropractic! Their whole staff is so friendly, welcoming and accommodating! We were having feeding issues with our newborn and Dr. Marie led us in the right direction and has helped us so much! We saw improvements within days with our little one and it was a huge sigh of relief. We had seen many other health professionals from doctors to nurses to lactation specialists etc.and kept facing dead ends, but with Dr. Marie at East Coast chiropractics we finally felt heard and listened to. We cannot thank her enough for the help and knowledge she's provided us with our baby. We traveled from an hour away twice a week and it was our favorite days of the week, we looked forward to our visits every week! Very highly recommend!

To say that working with the ECC team has been a positive experience is an understatement. I am grateful to receive such thorough care from Dr. Graham. From his detailed assessments, to his well-thought out treatment plans, his knowledge and expertise makes him an excellent practitioner. I initially started going to east coast chiropractic for lower back pain and poor hip mobility but Dr. Carly Monge helped me with other problems that I hadn’t initially gone in for as well! One of these being jaw stiffness and pain. Not just the readjustments but also the stretches and exercises they provide are very helpful in speeding up your recovery. These issues I had been dealing with have significantly improved and I would absolutely recommend their services!

The team at ECC is unmatched. You can feel the happiness within the office which is honestly refreshing to experience. I have never walked into such a positive and friendly office. You feel welcomed, appreciated and they are so efficient. Your appointment time always runs right on schedule. Dr Marie is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She helped my son in many ways. 10/10 recommend Dr Marie and the rest of the team.

Dr Marie and the whole team were so wonderful when we finally went to see them! She helped my 5 month old with her latch and her tummy time! After seeing Dr Marie only a couple times, I no longer needed a shield when nursing and my daughter had much better mobility and extension of her neck and she’s been improving ever since! I cannot recommend Easy Coast Chiro enough!

The East Coast chiropractic Team are simply wonderful and cheerful. The services they offer under one roof is impressive. I had to wait to be able to see Dr. Graham but let me tell you, it was worth the wait. His knowledge and expertise is very impressive. He has fixed things I didn’t think could be fixed! His assessment was very thorough and I was skeptical at first that I would get the results when I saw the treatment and exercises to do at home. It worked! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Edit: My son had a concussion in the Spring of 2023. He was very unwell and we didn’t find very much help or answers in the mainstream health system. Dr Graham went out of his way to help my son. They worked hard to fit us in the schedule and we noticed a marked improvement once we started our regular treatment with Dr Graham. It was really scary as a mom. Watching your kid suffer and not really having answers - Dr Graham and Dr Marie just went so above and beyond to provide so much. Dr Graham is confident and knowledgeable he offered at home exercises, regular treatment and was incredibly supportive every step of the way. We felt so deeply cared for and the support covered so much. We will forever be so grateful for this health community. We would have felt so lost in that challenging time, but they provided an anchor and what answers they could.

We love ECC. We have been going for almost five years. I’ve always had problems with my back, which influenced my decision to bring all three of my kids for regular adjustments. I’ve learned so much about whole health along the way and have appreciated Dr Graham’s encouragement along the way. I’ve found better ways to take care of myself in ways that make sense and work for me. When I hurt my back I was immediately seen and Dr Graham worked overtime to squeeze me in to help me go from barely walking to feeling much more normal in a week. Everyone in the office is just so genuine and kind. You feel like a friend the minute you walk in and they all work hard to make you feel valued. They also have amazing prize giveaways all the time. It’s an amazing environment and I would recommend to everyone.

I could write a book on the best things about this clinic. From the moment you call and speak to the team at the front desk, (they will accommodate any crazy schedule you have). When you step into their welcoming lobby you are greeted by several friendly faces. I have horrid anxiety, this team takes the time to explain, walk you through and thoroughly evaluate your needs. They listen to understand and meet you where you are, on that day. I am a person who needs the visuals and I do best by doing. They support you every step of the way. I've not only improved my strength and balance; I've not had a migraine in 4 months and I no longer live with chronic pain. Bonus is I've even dropped down a few sizes.
I'd give more stars if I could, definitely encourage you to give them a call.

The staff at East Coast Chiropractic have been absolutely amazing during every step of our treatment. I am so grateful for the care Dr Marie gave my baby, and how accommodating the entire staff have been when I needed to bring my toddler along to the appointments. I am so thankful for Dr. Marie and East Coast Chiropractic. A friend recommended that we try it for my daughter who has an eye disability. Her body was compensating for the disability in tension and trying to regulate. I didn't even realize the full impact. My daughter is 3 years old and very hesitant with adults, even adults she is familiar with. Amazingly, Dr. Marie gained her trust right away and was able to work with her out of a trusting and energetic relationship. I’ve been going to East Coast Chiro for… like 6 or 7 years now. For the first few years I was seeing Dr. Graham and had an amazing experience! I switched over to Dr. Marie’s care when we were trying to conceive, throughout pregnancy and now postpartum and I can’t express enough how appreciative I am for her care! I felt so supported, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. Dr. Marie is extremely knowledgeable, kind and has gone above and beyond for me.

When my son was born he had some tension which made breast feeding quite painful - although I exclusively pump for his nutrition needs, after a few sessions with Dr. Marie, we can latch with minimal discomfort if needed/for funsies.

I am so so grateful and will be continuing my chiro journey for many years to come:)

My 10 month old daughter Anne who has torticollis has improved tremendously since we began the treatment plan in June that Dr. Marie Battaglia suggested. I was recommended to go see Dr. Marie by a friend who had incredible changes in her baby’s health as a result of the treatment from Dr. Marie. She really knows what she is doing and is extremely patient with my daughter, who before treatment cried extensively. She is like a whole new baby girl after our experience at East Coast! I will continue to bring Anne to there although the treatment plan has been completed. The front desk staff is super friendly and engaging, and having experienced a polar opposite at other offices it was refreshing to say the least. It’s very clean and inviting at East Coast Chiropractic too.

After months of suffering from migraines and dizziness. Dr. Graham was able to reduce these symptoms to pretty much gone. Dr. Graham helped me improve my sleep and mood and gave me some very helpful exercises, he is very knowledgeable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend if you're suffering with anything that is impacting your quality of life.

Easily the most professional, personable and knowledgeable staff I have ever experienced in a chiropractic setting, I do not have enough good to say about the east coast chiropractic team.
After getting treatment here I would never recommend anything else to friends or family, I travel ~90 minutes each way for appointments because they are worth it

I have been seeing Dr Marie and Dr Graham for over 5 years, they have helped me through my chronic back pain, and then through 2 pregnancies and postpartum, and are now also seeing my 3 year old and 7 months old. They have always been amazing to us. They ask at the beginning of every appointment if anything has changed mentally or physically. They give exercises to do at home, recommendation on supplements that might help support our bodies. The whole staff is so respectful and super friendly. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor.
