East Side Mario's Moncton

It had been over 10 years since I last been to this place, and well, now I know why I have not been here often. To start, their garlic bread was definitely delicious, and if I were to go back, I would probably order a full order of that. I took their spaghetti with meatballs, and it was super bland. Not really much taste every other restaurant in town makes it a million times better. Don't waste your time here go to Carabba's or Rossano's. My mother's boyfriend also took a spaghetti, and his was the meat sauce, and it literally tasted like it went bad like expired. The staff was really jot organized, tables where left dirty and not cleaned and we had time to eat our full meal and they still had not cleaned them. When i went to washorrm, and saw the kitchen, they seemed very disorganized. It really did not look like they were organized like other kitchen you pass by and see. Overall, I would never go back here even if I had a gift card.

East side Moncton is our go to restaurant whenever we are in town!

Stephanie was our waitress and she was amazing! She brought everything before we even asked, she never missed a beat! Fantastic server!

Food is always good. This time though the service was awesome. Very accommodating and wonderful people.

Courtney is an amazing server. She is so personable, very attentive, and efficient even though the restaurant was busy. She made us feel like we were her only table. You can tell she loves what she does.

Food was excellent. Service even better. Didn't catch her name but she was an absolute Rockstar.

Service was phenomenal but the salad was going bad and had to send it back twice. Food has went downhill since the last time I was at East side Mario's.

Went there for the first time on Father's Day. The server was friendly, but seemed rushed. The cutlery was dirty and had to be replaced 3 times. I ordered the salad as my starter and 2 bites in I find a live lady bug in it. Would no go there again.

I well say that me and the my family had the best experience at this store the waitress was the best I have experienced in 15 year's. Her name was Cortney #1009 she was very polite and took care of are every need. She went over and beyond. What was expected. Well definitely good back there and ask for Cortney again.

We had a very pleasant meal here a couple days ago. My husband had to have a gluten free meal and they came across great and taste good! And he even says that the same meal at another local restaurant was dry and bland. And you can’t go wrong with never ending salad. We will be back!

Our server was amazing. Very attentive, we accidentally knocked over a pop and she was right there immiatley cleaning it up and getting us a refil as well. Food was great as well.

We had a fantastic experience, service was so fast and the food was delicious. We also lucked out and had the best waitress named Courtney! We will be back the next time we are in town.

The food is great! There is alot of tables. I was impressed with selections on the menu. There is pizzas, pastas, seafood, salads, chicken and appetizers.

Our server Daisy was amazing.
Since covid eating out has not been the same experience. Either short staffed or people just don't seem as happy or take the time to listen to customers needs or just do what is needed and that's it.
Daisy was an absolute doll. She was very attentive to our needs, made us feel very comfortable. Joked with us, had a smile everytime she came to our table. We asked her several times for things we needed and even though the restaurant was very busy she returned with everything we needed in a timely manner. She was very pleasant to deal with. And you coukd definitely tell she enjoyed what she does. I hope our next visit we are served by Daisy ️

It was really busy in here tonight but it didn't take long to get our meals. Our server, Leslie D was amazing! She kept the food and drinks coming!

I looked forward to a great pasta dinner, I was on the road traveling for work, almost 2 weeks in, and thought I would order Hells Kitchen from here, so I picked it up, and headed for my hotel room, I couldn’t wait to dig in! Wow, when did East Side Mario’s switch from pasta to potato wedges, what a Big Disappointment! I thought East Side was A pasta place, not potatoe wedges! Very disappointing, I called the restaurant, to complain, the lady that answered the phone told me I need to ask for pasta, not the wedges, I told her, no problem, I will not call again! Chow!

Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Definitely recommend to any family looking for good food for great price

Food was delicious! Hot and fresh from the kitchen, and I have to give an extra big shout put to our server.sorry I forget your name, but it was only her 5th day working there. She was very attentive, and such a happy positive energy! She definitely made our meal that much better!

Great service! The wedding soup was just warm, but tasted good. Staff were professional and courteous.

Came here for my son's birthday tonight and he had a blast and loved the food. Our waitress Cortney was amazing. She put up with a lot at our table and she was the best waitress we have had in a long time. She was really attentive, we saw her all the time, she was super polite and very friendly, and she put up with everyone at the table even when some of them were being weird. Everyone had a good time and the food was really good. Thank you Cortney for being amazing and thank you ESM for giving him a great birthday dinner!

I really enjoyed the tomato soup it was delicious there's spaghetti with the meatballs the meatballs were nice and soft and not chewy

Great food but the online ordering system could use some attention. Order was ready, we showed up minutes later, got a notification that the cooks were notified we arrived and then waited over 10 minutes before we had to go in get the food. It was sitting under a head lamp waiting.

Otherwise, it was great food, and made exactly to order.

Love their service as well as their food.
Last time when we visited they run out of bread for Italian grilled sandwiche but they did replace it store brought and that was really good.
They were busy and our server had so many tables but still she was still very polite and treated so nicely.

Invited my son and his family. Great meals, good prices and excellent service. $89 including tip for 6 people. Not bad

Server Allison is amazing.she makes you feel as if you eating with family. Amazing service and Very warm and lovely lady!

Canadian calzone was tasty but dough was overcooked and had mostly a burnt taste. Wifes tetrazini was amazing. Shame they dont have belinis anymore.

Totally disappointed with the experience. I had a coupon for an appetizer but couldn't use it but didn't know until after app was purchased.

We really like it there. The staff are working so hard to serve food really quick. Tasty food & salad and kids friendly restaurant. Whenever we don't know what to eat we just go there and never disappointed.

For them it's matter of saying sorry once, for us it's something serious related to religion.

Food and service was good. My friend and I enjoyed our time. The only negative is that we noticed a staff member coughing and sounding like she was sick. It made us wonder why an employee would be allowed to work displaying symptoms of illness. I felt a little uneasy but we just avoided that person. We'll go again for lunch.

Amazing place for the whole family, kids and all. Prices are great, choices are great. Cheap date night and definitely try the spinach dip.

Very quick service even though they were quite busy. The waitress was very kind and accommodating to help us figure out what we could have within dietary restrictions. Felt very safe with the covid procedures in place

Very disappointed in the quality of the food, chicken parmigiana was bland and tough, noodles were undercooked and very little sauce, calzone was burnt, way too much dough and very little toppings, beer was warm, $70 wasted, sorry but we wont be going again any time soon

I always love going to East Side amd grate service by the staff all except 1 lady I had tonight she was rude and kept doing other things when we asked for something we waited close to 30 minutes for service and it was poor and it wasn't busy

The pasta was undercooked and due to poor staffing everything was delayed. The gluten free pasta that was ordered was not gluten free pasta and we needed to wait for one of our party's food while it was replaced

Food was good as always but service at this location was terrible. Waited almost 20 minutes once the table was clear for the bill, didn’t get salad for an extended period of time we had to ask twice.

Service: Was served by two different waitresses. One was friendly enough, the other one was pretty rude. No introduction. Dropped off my bill with one hand passing by to another table with a tray. Friendlier waitress tried to serve me my side salad as an entre (that's why you dont use 2 waitresses for 1 table btw) which would've been weird cause my girlfriend would've just sat there waiting another 20 minutes with nothing while I ate. Wait was not too long, but twice as long as it should've been with maybe a dozen people in the restaurant.

Food: Burger was bland. All the toppings came on the side. Not sure if that was intentional, but I had to finish cutting the onions myself as it was just one whole slice. Lettuce intended for my burger was placed touching my ceasar salad so I only noticed it after I had mixed the Cesar which clearly also hadn't prepared as all the croutons, bacon bits and a pool of dressing were bunched together on maybe 10% of the salad. Tasted okay. Girlfriends chicken alfredo was very small with 2 small pieces of chicken. 10 dollar lunch menu price would've been fair if the pasta came with a side or something, but it looked like something off the kids menu.

I dont expect much from a restaurant to be satisfied but I had a really stupid experience. The food was mediocre at best and the service was poor.

Super plage avec de l'eau salée. La mer au Canada. Super journée de baignades et à se prélasser au soleil. N'oubliez pas crème solaire, chaises pliantes, bouffe, serviettes et parasols.

We went for a birthday supper and made reservations for a large group. The restaurant was all ready for us and the server we received was absolutely amazing. Her name was Courtney. The food was plentiful and hot and quickly at our table. We had four children and they were given coloring pages and crayons. We will definantly be making a return trip.

The service keeps getting worse and worse here and I think and the food is so poor. My husband's food came with not even enough sauce to cover the pasta and when he asked for more they said it was extra and his veal parmesan was burnt. I wish I could post a photo so you could see its pathetic. My son didnt get his pizza and I had to ask, she admitted that she put in the wrong order for me, so I told her to not put in a new order because then I would have to wait while everyone eats. The other people at our table received the wrong pizza. So not returning. Go to Bacci, much better food and service

Good food and friendly staff. Waits (including take-out) can be a little long especially during busier times. Convenient location with plenty of parking.
