Never disappointed. We discovered this little gem four or five years ago purely by accident. Now we make yearly pilgrimages whenever we are camping in Fundy. Everything very tasty and well worth the reasonable prices. Shirley is the best person to shoot the breeze with too if she isn't hopping from tables and kitchen.

Very cozy country style store with dinne inn. Ordered a beef brisket poutine. Did not disappoint! Fast and friendly service. Prices are average range canteen style menu with local products. Would recommend the stop if driving through.

I’ve heard so much about this place over the years, I was so excited to try it.
The atmosphere is so sweet. It’s a pity the restaurant is so disappointing.
I ordered a sandwich. It came on a dry and stale baguette.
The salad was advertised to come with a local maple dressing but it came with just plain vinegar (no oil, just a side bowl of vinegar).
My partner ordered a pulled pork sandwich. Again, stale bread and I don’t even know how pulled pork could become so dry, I could only guess it had been sitting around for quite a while.
It was a Friday evening.
I felt badly for the server because she was obviously overwhelmed with the three tables she was serving. She was the only one working! She was making the food, taking the orders and cleaning the tables.
This place has so much potential. I hope someone capable buys it and turns it around.

Great little spot to get something for lunch. The building was warm, though we were impressed by the young staff and how good of a job they did. BBQ pulled pork sandwich was very good.

Love going to this restaurant, great service and awesome food. Down home feeling, well worth the trip.

I was there for the grand opening and several time since. I often spot new selections or adaptations all made to better serve the guests/customers. Great attitudes, and a charming place to stop for a coffee and dessert or a wonderful meal. Meals prices are quite comparable to others, and the portions are perfect. I highly recommend the chicken ceaser salad, pulled pork platter and the date squares are a must (although I don't want to post about the squares so there will be more for me!) Its wonderful to have the general store in this area again. From the jingle of the door bell, the old hardwood floors, the service, the selection of local products, the decor.it all makes the experience even better.

Nice country restaurant / store, reasonable prices, local meat and red seal chef. I definitely would go back.

Fantastic food while out ATVing on a chilly day. Friendly staff, fair prices, clean restaurant. Take a drive and go for a meal. You wont regret it.

Great atmosphere and hospitality food was good to wish had of been there at right time for the speacial it didnt start till after 4 and the fish was cooked very good

Food was great! Restaurant was very clean! Service was INCREDIBLY SLOW, but the food was worth the lacking service. We stood there with only 3 other people in the store for about 10 minutes without even a hello, then she called over and said sit anywhere. Came over shortly and brought us water, we ordered and food took about 20 minutes more. Slow slow slow but yummy

Great little spot, great prices, and great food, very friendly and service with a smile. Loved it there, went with my sons and they had so many questions about the things on display from the past.

Food was yummy. Menu has a nice selection. Place looks cozy. They are doing well with social distancing.

Its a real shame that you're a over 12 day drive away. Scotts a friend and a excellent cook/ sauce master
