Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car for October 07 in Bathurst NB but had to pick up the afternoon before as we were leaving very early for medical appointments. I told the rep that we would probably only be back around 6pm and he said no problem. While in Moncton we had an issue with thw car making a strange rubbing noise. Took it to the dealer and he did his best but couldn't get us in anywhere to have it looked at. The Bathurst rep phoned us and was more concerned that we weren't going to be back by 4 pm because it will be 24 hrs and said there would be extra charges. No concern for our safety whatsoever. The weather was bad and we had to take our time since we didn't want to breakdown along the way. The next day I received the bill via email and I was charged $350.00 for 2 days when we only had the car for 1 day. I am still waiting for a response as to why I wasn't told.about this when he knew we were going for medical appointments. No compassion from this company at all. 2 weeks prior I had to go to Moncton and we rented from Budget and the service was amazing so will definitely be using them again and never ever from Enterprise in Bathurst again!

Great team at this location. Fast friendly service. They are always going the extra mile to ensure a good experience. Definitely recommend
