F & L Auto Repair

Our daughter was working outside Amherst last summer, and the car broke down. We called F & L, and boy, did we ever make the right choice! They came and towed the car, sourced used parts, and had it back to us the next day! Couldn't have been nicer, and were more than reasonable with the price. Would highly recommend their services.

Best shop ever. They always tell you exactly what is wrong and make sure you understand why and how it is going to be fixed. Lisa is always a welcoming presence, and the work is always of the highest quality. I have brought two of my cars here more times than I can count and will always come back. Very straightforward and never lead you astray; you can always trust F&L to do the job right!

I came to the auto repair shop with an issue with my brakes and exhaust that had me stressed out to the max, and within such a fast turn around the team had fixed the issues and had my car back safely on the road. Lisa walked me through what they'd done with patience and kindness, and was such an incredible person to talk with! I really felt like part of a community coming away from this shop. I absolutely could not recommend this place more - excellent experience.
