A+. I went to see Troy and Angela recently about an issue I had with tires on my Ram. The tire company wouldn't warranty them, they didn't want to help, even after I had the rotated 3 times in roughly 28000kms. Troy and Angela went above and beyond to take care of my issue, initiated it themselves and replaced my tires with brand new ones. I went to pick up my truck and as a nicety, they even cleaned it due to the trouble dealing with the tire manufacturer. What a nice surprise. They didn't have to but they did. The service desk was professional and courteous. It's the going above and beyond and excellent customer service that makes any business and I HIGHLY recommend going to see them for your next vehicle. Thank you for the incredible service!

Bought a Gladiator Rubi. Best experience buying from a dealership. It was super easy and I was treated well on my trade ins. Wife is loving it too.

I would highly suggest staying away from Fairview. They have horrible customer service, and their service department is very unprofessional and rude. They are outrageously upselling their parts and labour. We called asking when they will get a chance to look at my Grand Cherokee I had towed there and they said they were taking it in at that exact moment I was on the phone with them. An hour and a half later, they call back with a diagnosis, yet they charged 3 hours for diagnostics. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, I suggest going elsewhere.

This place is an absolute rip off. DO NOT purchase from this dealer or take anything to be repaired here. They WILL gouge you at every corner, and treat you like garbage rather than a customer. Ignorant unqualified untrained individuals working here. Save the headache and go elsewhere. I would give Negative stars if possible.

Got a ram and nothing but the best service throughout the deal and after. More then fair couldn't be happier. I've dealt with other dealerships and byfar fairview is my favorite and would recommend purchasing your vehicle from them

The Service department here is 2nd to none. There are actual mechanics here, not ‘part changers’. I spent 4 months chasing an electrical issue in a 4th gen Cummins that rendered the truck unable to drive. My local Chrysler dealer had the truck a month & couldn’t diagnose it & 2 other Chrysler dealers locally to me refused to take on such an issue as it only happened sporadically. 3 other independent shops also couldn’t figure the issue.
The service manager here was able to accommodate me quickly without waiting weeks for an appointment & Fairview’s tech was actually interested in the challenge of taking on such a project & had the issue resolved within the day. It was an incredible experience dealing with a mechanic that could actually diagnose & understand such an issue.

So a massive Thank you to Khrista (Serv mgr) & especially Jay (tech). I could have saved a lot of money, time & aggravation by just just dealing with Fairview the first time.
