Fairway Inn

We Recently Stayed here for our Daughters 7th Birthday! The Rooms are very clean and big! They Swimming area is very clean as well as the hot tub! The Staff were very Friendly and Helpful! Great little get away close to home!

An old, grungy, dirty and uncomfortable place to stay. Room smelled of cigarettes. One bed was fairly new, other was old, low and broken in the middle. It made like sleeping in a hammock. Our friends room had a tube TV. Come on, seriously. Rugs are dirty and stained. Hotel needs a gut job renovation.

Service is very good. They seem to have a good staff. The room comes with free, hot breakfast that is delicious in the connecting restaurant, JJ's. The breakfast is an incredible bargain. I would definitely eat at the restaurant again. Waitresses are very good and attentive.

Great hotel with big and clean rooms, the staff was friendly. The conditioner was too noisy so we slept with the open window. You can hear a little the highway but it wasn't so bad. We definitely will stay there one more time.

Nothing fancy but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Could use a bit more furniture in the room. A second nightstand and an end table to hold a drink when seated on the sofa.

The food there is absolutely fantastic. I had the fish and chips and to start off my meal I had a bowl of beef and barley soup. Everything was just great I recommend it to anyone who likes good food

This is an older hotel very near Sussex NB. The staff are wonderful and the food was great. Clean but older rooms were very comfortable, sleeping in a new is usually not so easy but I slept very comfortable. Will be going back to the Fairway this weekend for my high school reunion. Looking forward to the visit.

I have stayed at the FAIRWAY many times and usually very happy. This trip was a complete opposite. Had multiple issues with the lock sensor on my room door.
I have osteoarthritis and I’m in pain most of the time. I was in room 231 which is the furthest from front desk, JJ’s and pool. After 2 trips to front desk via hallways then key wouldn’t work to get back in did not have my cane it was in room. I had to walk 2/3 way around the building to get to main office. I hobbled my way back to my room and had them bring another set of keys to me. I needed a couple nights away to ease the pain but that didn’t happen.
Yes when I left they gave a small credit to my bill but it should have been at least a nights stay. I’m sorry I love the Fairway but some things need to change …

Descent for the price and dog friendly.
The front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and accommodating with last moment reservations.

Very friendly staff. Older building but for the price and location I needed this spot was perfect. Cable TV only. Very nice pool and sauna. Good parking available.

We have spent 2 nights here in the last 2 months. The first night in May my husband had a hard time sleeping due to someone above us using a c pap machine. I know it is not that person's fault. The hotel was definitely not booked enough to have people above the lower floor. The 2nd night in June there was a lot of running, jumping and dropping heavy things. Same as the first night there was no need to put people above others. The pool was definitely not heated and there was no force to the jets in the hottub. We will probably not stay there again. Now the food at JJS gets 5 stars all the way around. There fish never disappoints and the service is awesome!

This will be my place to stay if We are traveling out that way again, we had the king bed suite. The room was very clean and the staff were fantastic. Yes its a bit dated but its charming, the atmosphere was relaxing. This place has aged well and is well taken care of. The pool was great and very clean. The restaurant was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend this place.

Clean rooms but could use some updates. TV in the room I was in was still and old box type.

What a joke paid a deposit and told when asked if it would be refunded at check out and said yes instantly it would be put back into my account so I called to see why the money still hadn't been refunded to be told that this will take several business days

If having to stay at a motel there's no better place than JJ's restaurant and fairway Inn not only do you get a free breakfast with your stay each night you also have access to the amenities like the swimming pool and business room they have room service right to your door and excellent customer service there's no better place to stay when traveling through the southern New Brunswick regions in the small town of Sussex New Brunswick

Didn't get to stay.they didn't have staff so they were closing the pool and the restaurant.would have been fine but when I asked to have the rate lowered for the inconvenience of amenities being closed and not telling us till last min.we decided to go somewhere else

Bad attitude of 1 lady front desk staff, tv was from 70's wi-fi really bad, housekeeping very good attitude

Room was clean and comfortable.food at JJs was awesome, breakfast was a full breakfast and really good!
