I had a mini split installed 2 years ago & was very pleased with the work & I just had a 2nd one installed for my basement. Rob was punctual & professional for both quotes and Luke installed both units. Everyone I've dealt with has been nothing but polite, helpful and very respectful. Would never go anywhere else. They Rock!

Asked Fillmore’s to come for a service call to check my heat pump and asked for a quote at the same time for an upgrade on my current heat pump. The “service call” took about 30-45 min to find out there was nothing wrong with my unit. Spent the next 30 minutes taking measurements for the quote they were preparing for me. Got the bill today. Charged me for 2 hours labour. $253.00! I’ve never heard tell of a company charging for a quote. Owner tried to say it was only for the “service call” when the bill details clearly state, “took measurements for replacement furnace” (which is what they were quoting me for). When trying to rationalize with owner about this, his response was, “the bill stands so please pay it”. Would never recommend this company. Nothing like taking complete advantage of a woman.

Side note - their quoted price for an upgraded furnace was ridiculous -$6,700. Almost $2,000 MORE than I paid for my entire heat pump unit (initial heat pump not purchased through fillmores) he said it was what he called “a big little job”. Yeah, a big paycheque for a little job!
