They never answer the phone. I wanted to buy things and have them delivered in Fredericton, but I clearly can’t do that. I called at least 6 times over 4 days and never got through. If local business isn’t available they can’t blame us for going to online retailers.

Spent three grand here, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Loaded my treadmill on my trailer for me. Lots of inventory. Long shipping times but that's just the world now.

Bought 3 things, 2 in packages, both packages came quite damaged but the items were fine. Saw their stock room and everything is just kinda.thrown on top of each other.

Highly recommended doing business here, they were great to work with, just check your stuff over. Stuff happens.

Bought a rowing machine and treadmill. Very happy with the service and product.had the fit works team set everything up.

Always had good experiences at the Fredericton & Dieppe stores, friendly & helpful staff, good selection of gear. I do wish that the store hours were a little more accommodating, being open Saturday’s for a few hours for example, would be very helpful for those who live a ways outside of town and work until 5: 00.

Furnished our home gym. Wonderful team and great maintenance when needed. Nigel is patient and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Should teach your drivers to be more respectful of others and follow the legal rules of the road. Speeding AND tailgating.
