The FIX COLLISION AUTO BODY REPAIR in Dieppe is undoubtedly an honest homage and tribute to the Rallye Group of EXCELLENCE. These professionals are unquestionably the elite in efficiency and integrity. They have a razor sharp focus on active-listening, empathy and respect throughout the whole process. Other places of business could actually learn enormously from these professionals. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this place of business. (Don't even think about going anywhere else.)

Bon service mais le temps de réparation fut vraiment long. On m'avait estimé donné deux jours d'estimation. Finalement, j'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises parce que le temps estimé était toujours repoussé un jour à la fois. Je l'ai reçu après 7 jours d'attente.

Had a terrible experience over the past 2 years on the same repair, long story short, they forgot to add a section of the damage on their initial quote, even after I mentioned it to two different people, that ended up rusting because it was bare metal over a few winter months while waiting to get into the shop, after having the car in 3 times and talking to 5 different people (3 different managers, the last one not even reaching out even after 2 months of waiting on his reply, just getting his front office person to contact by the end of it). Even with out the repair issue (section missed & broken bumper clips they where suppose to fix the 3 times that never happened), the customer service side was terrible.
Went here as insurance recommended it, I would highly recommend going else where.
I tried to work with them at first as I understand mistakes happen but now I'm stuck having to go else where and pay out of my pocket for there mistake.

The most terrible experience in my life. Instead of 4-6 days I had to wait one month with no reason. Quality is not perfect at all. Will never come back again.

I was broken down on the side of the highway from out of province and they were more than willing to help me try to get my car able to make it home:) amazing people and service

Heard they stole and sold lots of people's cars and parts without their consent. Be mindful before using their services. If i could give 0 star i would.

Great service! Quick to order parts & set up appointment. Washed vehicle, cleaned out garbage & wiped down in addition to service. Great job, guys! Much appreciated & we'll certainly be sure to refer you!
